Laura Quincy decided to be cheeky; she knew Jason Hawthorne wouldn't possibly throw her down. In this regard, she was bold without fear.
Jason Hawthorne enjoyed her acting spoiled; of course, he couldn't really throw her down. She hung on him as light as a feather, not heavy at all.
"Move the flowers away a bit; they're poking me."
Jason Hawthorne didn't mind the woman hanging on him, but he did mind the flowers Laura Quincy was holding.
"Oh... I'll move them away."
Laura Quincy pouted. What a difficult young master to serve!
All the way to the living room door, Laura finally struggled to get down. Jason, however, didn't allow it and simply picked her up horizontally.
Laura turned red with embarrassment, "There are so many servants around."
