Xue Han walked into the reception room and immediately saw the charming Lin Caier sitting on the sofa, deep in thought.
"Caier, why are you here?"
"Why, can't I come?"
"Lin Caier" had eyes sparkling like the stars. As she looked over, Xue Han felt his heart sway, and he went over to sit beside her, his attitude ambiguous.
"Of course you can come, I wish you could live here and never leave. But... didn't we just meet yesterday? Missing me already?"
Xue Han leaned in close, his warm breath as he spoke blew into her ear, causing Li Xing to get goosebumps all over.
Li Xing feigned a look of shy annoyance and gave Xue Han a sidelong glance, nonchalantly putting some distance between them. Li Xing's shyness delighted Xue Han. Somehow, he felt that today's Lin Caier smelled sweeter than usual, enchanting him even more.
"Caier, since you're here, why not stay and have a meal with me?"
Li Xing huffed and turned her face away: "No, I can't eat!"
