Chapter 153 - Chapter 153 Allens: I, The Evil God Loki

Boom!

In Jotunheim, in front of a towering ice wall, a deafening roar echoed. A massive wave of ice surged upward from the ground, rising even higher than the ice wall itself.

"Shit, what's going on!?"

King Laufey, seated on his Frozen Throne, suddenly stood up, shock flashing across his face. An icy aura radiated from his massive body, so cold that even Thor and the others frozen before him were momentarily forgotten.

"Haus, what happened?"

King Laufey turned to a thinner, sharp-faced Frost Giant beside him. The frost giant, Haus, was an ice magician — his status among their kind comparable to that of a powerful sorcerer in Asgard.

"King Laufey, our troops have been wiped out."

Haus frowned slightly, raising his right hand as he conjured a spell. A mirror of ice appeared before them, reflecting everything that had happened moments earlier.

In the icy surface, they saw Loki, the God of Mischief, fighting their warriors. Loki's illusion magic and trickery allowed him to outsmart and slaughter the Frost Giants one by one. In just a short time, they were all dead.

"My son Loki… I'll tear you to pieces," Laufey growled. His fist clenched tightly, frost gathering in his palm.

"Haus, bring me that damned god Loki!"

Laufey's teeth ground audibly. He had believed his plan flawless — betraying his former ally, the God of Mischief, to gain power. Yet now, that very same Loki had turned his plan to ruin.

"Hahaha! That's my brother Loki! He really showed them who's boss!"

Even frozen solid in ice, Thor laughed heartily, pride glowing in his eyes.

"The God of Mischief truly lives up to his name," one of the Warriors Three muttered. Even they, who often looked down on Loki, couldn't help but admit his cunning was impressive.

"Guys… am I the only one who thinks something's off?"

Sif frowned slightly, her sharp gaze darting between the frozen Asgardians. But before she could finish speaking, the air before them shimmered.

Space twisted — and Loki appeared.

He stood tall in his green and gold armor, the twin horned helmet gleaming atop his head. The dagger in his right hand shimmered faintly with divine power.

"Hey there, little frostlings of Jotunheim," Loki sneered. "Aside from being cold, do you have any other skills?"

His words ignited a fury among the Frost Giants. One of them roared and charged straight at him.

Slash!

The giant formed an icy blade in his right hand and stabbed through Loki's chest — but to his horror, his arm passed through as if through mist.

Tsk.

As the Frost Giant froze in disbelief, a blade pierced his own chest from behind. Blood splattered across the frozen ground — and another Loki stepped out from the shadows.

"Sir, phantom magic data established. Analysis of the model will take some time," J.A.R.V.I.S.'s voice echoed in Loki's ear.

A smirk curled on Loki's — no, Allens' — lips. That's right. This "Loki" was actually Allens in disguise.

After freezing the Frost Giants earlier, Allens had cut into the real Loki's mind, absorbing not only his magic but also his divine power — and even his Frost Giant physiology.

Though not as strong as Thor's Asgardian body, it was far superior to any human's. Even if struck by the Hulk's punch, Allens would barely flinch. His physical strength now exceeded hundreds of tons.

But the greatest gain was the divine energy flowing within him. If he picked up Mjolnir now, he could channel that divine power and truly wield it — becoming the new God of Thunder.

Even more unexpectedly, the Mind Stone embedded in his forehead began to glow faintly yellow once again. Though dim, it was enough to amplify his mental strength even further.

"Loki, the so-called God of Mischief… a Frost Giant by birth, son of Laufey," Allens thought coldly. "He inherited the magic of the Aesir, combined with the bloodline of the Frost Clan. Interesting."

His smirk mirrored Loki's perfectly — his shapeshifting ability even allowed him to access Loki's recent memories, making his impersonation flawless.

"Hey, my dear brother," he said, turning toward the frozen Thor. "I warned you not to rush in so recklessly. But you never listen."

"Damn trickster! I'll rip you apart!"

Haus, the Frost Magician, finally lost his temper. A sphere of condensed ice formed in his palm. In a flash, he teleported behind "Loki" and thrust the freezing orb forward.

Boom!

The blast hurled Allens backward. Even Thor couldn't withstand that level of cold — yet, strangely, Allens' body showed no sign of harm. Only a faint blue hue began to spread across his back, his skin taking on the tone of a Frost Giant.

"Haus, stop!" Laufey shouted sharply.

He had seen the change — that icy blue skin. Recognition flickered in his ancient eyes. Long ago, after his defeat in war, Odin had taken his infant son. And now, seeing the color of Allens' flesh, Laufey knew — that son was Loki.

"Loki, my son," Laufey said, his cold voice trembling faintly. "Submit to me, and you will have everything."

With a wave of his hand, countless Frost Giants surrounded Allens — but they didn't attack. They were under Laufey's command, awaiting his next order.

"Surrender?" Allens' eyes flashed with mockery. "I'm here to rescue my brother. Asgard bows to no one — least of all to you."

He spoke with righteous fury, perfectly mimicking Loki's tone. Laufey hesitated, momentarily unsure.

"Very well," the Frost King growled. "Let's see what you're truly capable of."

He strode forward, seizing Allens' right arm. The icy chill that would have frozen any mortal didn't affect Allens in the slightest. Instead, the faint blue tone of his skin reassured Laufey — enough for him to loosen his grip.
