After speaking, the butler bowed to everyone and then left the castle.
"Xiangling, why are you holding me so tightly?"
Amber felt his arm ache, realizing that Xiangling was gripping him hard.
"Ah? I'm sorry!" Xiangling immediately released his hand. "I felt what that uncle just said was a bit scary, so I was a little afraid."
"Scary, is that so~"
A ghostly voice sounded, coming from behind Xiangling.
Xiangling stiffly turned his head and saw a pale face appear before him.
"Help!"
Xiangling was so scared that he jumped up and ran wildly around the living room.
"Hahaha, Xiangling is still so timid, he can't handle a scare at all."
It turned out Hu Tao was playing a prank; one of his favorite things to do was scare Xiangling.
The more timid a person was, the more he liked to scare them.

Xiangling felt relieved but also very resentful.
