Chapter 95 - Chapter 95 Three Kingdoms Kill

"Xavier is right, we are friends here, okay?"

Nahida truly didn't care about the difference in status; happiness was clearly more important.

Xavier could tell that Alhaitham and Nahida got along very well.

They talked about knowledge for an entire day, even discussing their research during meals.

Kaveh, on the other hand, was like a workaholic, measuring things with a ruler all over his house, muttering to himself.

"This angle, this load-bearing capacity, and this material…"

He mumbled and felt around.

Seemingly obsessed, he eventually found Xavier, extending his hand and asking, "Xavier, do you have a hammer at home?"

Xavier was playing a game and asked in confusion, "What do you need a hammer for?"

"Oh, nothing much, I just want to study the material of your walls at home. I think it's necessary to knock some down and take a good look!"

Kaveh grinned, completely unconcerned about the matter.

Xavier was fuming, raising his fist and saying, "I'll give you a hammer!"

"If you don't give it, then don't. Why are you so fierce…" Kaveh ran away, covering his head.

Among the three, Cyno was the most honest.

Don't let his usual fierce demeanor fool you; after arriving here, he was just like a homebody.

Taking off his hat, he stayed in the basement, playing Seven Saints Summons.

At first, Furina would play a couple of rounds with him.

But as everyone knows, Fufu is a bit… not so smart.

After playing a couple of rounds and realizing she couldn't win, she found it boring and also ran off.

Cyno wanted to find someone else to play with, but unfortunately, he wasn't a social person.

Xavier saw he was really bored, so he pulled him along to play other games.

"Hey, I said I'm not playing anymore! You're not allowed to call me to play again. I always lose, it's no fun at all!"

Furina was dragged down by Xavier, absolutely refusing to continue playing.

Xavier soothed her, "Don't worry, this time it's definitely not Seven Saints Summons. It's not competitive at all."

"Really?" Furina looked at Xavier skeptically.

"Of course! Would I lie to you? What kind of relationship do we have!" Xavier patted his chest, assuring her.

Only then did Furina believe Xavier, plopping down in the card area.

Besides Furina, Xavier also invited Yoimiya, as well as Hu Tao and Ayaka.

And Bennett, Venti, and Fischl.

Xavier looked at everyone and then counted, "1, 2, 3… Exactly 8 people. Let's begin!"

After speaking, Xavier took out a large pile of cards from a box nearby.

"Huh? What game is this?" Hu Tao leaned over, curious.

Xavier chuckled, "This is the legendary, famous, Three! Kingdoms! Kill!"

"What, it's Three Kingdoms Kill!" Fischl leaned back.

Bennett excitedly asked, "Could it be that Fischl, you've heard of it in other worlds?!"

Fischl shook her head, "No, I just think this game sounds a bit scary. Three countries killing each other, that's too terrifying."

Everyone sighed in disappointment, having thought Fischl knew about the game.

"The rules of this game are very simple. Now I'll briefly explain them to you."

"Firstly, everyone has their own identity. Secondly, everyone must choose a general. Finally…"

Xavier explained a lot of relevant rules, and they all listened very carefully.

"Finally, the surviving faction will be judged as victorious. Alright, it's that simple. Did you understand?"

Xavier stood with his hands on his hips, looking at everyone.

Almost at the same time, everyone shook their heads, looking like they hadn't understood at all.

Xavier waved his hand and said, "Never mind, you'll understand after playing a round."

It seemed like every time they played a game, everyone was like this. The rules were read over and over, but no one understood.

But as long as they played a couple of rounds, they seemed to grasp everything.

Next, Xavier immediately distributed identity cards to everyone. Just as he was about to remind them what to do next, Furina flipped over her hidden card.

"Ha? What, I, the magnificent Furina, am a rebel!"

"Never mind, even if I'm a rebel, I'll still rampage and defeat all of you!"

Although Furina was somewhat displeased with her identity, she still accepted it cheerfully.

Cyno quietly said, "But I remember a very important rule that said identities cannot be revealed."

"What? Then why can Hu Tao reveal hers?!" Furina was not at all happy with this answer.

Xavier gave her a light tap on the head, saying exasperatedly, "Because he is the Lord. If there's no Lord, what are we even playing? That's not Three Kingdoms Kill, that's Werewolf."

"Oh, what's Werewolf? That sounds interesting too!" Yoimiya asked curiously.

"Werewolf is…"

Xavier was about to explain but realized he had gone off-topic, so he immediately said, "We'll talk about that later. For now, let's first understand Three Kingdoms Kill."

With Furina's bad start, everyone was very cautious with each subsequent step.

"Great! Furina is indeed the chosen one! I got the Lord!"

This time, Furina's luck was good; she got the Lord and held it above her head.

After everyone looked at their identity cards, they silently placed them under their health cards.

Although their expressions varied, no one could tell what anyone's identity was.

Only Bennett was extremely nervous, scratching his head.

Xavier quietly picked up his card and looked; sure enough, it was the unlucky one, getting the Spy…

The Spy role is very unfriendly to newcomers because he has to defeat everyone.

Then, he has to 1v1 the Lord and win.

Furina was the Lord, and she played first.

However…

"Over the River Demolition!"

"Take What You Want!"

"Forget About Shu!"

She made a series of moves, directly throwing all her cards onto Venti, who was next to her.

"Hey, hey, Furina, I didn't offend you, did I? Why are you always targeting just me?"

Venti was very innocent.

Furina tilted her head, thought for a moment, and said, "Because I don't think you look like a good person. You're either a Spy or a rebel!"

Venti sighed, "How is that possible? I'm clearly a loyal minister!"

"I don't believe it, unless you say the color…"

Before Furina could finish her sentence, Xavier hit both of them with the balloon hammer in his hand.

"Players Furina and Venti, please note: no out-of-game interaction is allowed, otherwise you will be judged as losing the game!"

Venti was even more aggrieved now. Not only was he targeted from the start, but he was also hit by the referee.

More importantly, he really was a loyal minister!

He glared at Furina, gritting his teeth in his heart.

Tyrant, this is definitely a tyrant!
