First and foremost, this will be a travelogue-style work. Most of the content will consist of slice-of-life, lighthearted moments. So, no conspiracy theories, no schemes, no power struggles!
If you're the type of reader who believes everyone in the world is solely driven by self-interest—that upon seeing the protagonist possess something valuable, they'd immediately plot to harm, swindle, or even kill him to seize it—then this book is definitely not for you. You might as well stop reading right now.
This is simply a lighthearted novel where everyone's a lovable goofball.
Isn't it better to keep things cheerful? Reality is already exhausting enough—why fill a novel with conspiracy theories too?
Secondly, regarding the female lead(s). If you're expecting every female character who appears to fall for the protagonist, you'll likely be disappointed.
The reason is simple: there are just too many anime girls. If I wrote it that way, the harem would easily exceed dozens of members, leading to the female characters becoming one-dimensional or even relegated to background roles. I don't see the point in that, especially in the year 2022—unless it's just to satisfy a collector's obsession?
I'll only write a few particularly beloved characters as female leads. The rest will remain as they are, belonging to their original stories. If you don't like this approach, feel free to click the 'X'. Please don't come complaining later with comments like "you're giving away female characters"—I'd really appreciate that.
Additionally, about the male protagonist's name.
Since this is a crossover anime-style story, Japanese names will inevitably appear. I've always found it awkward to have a Chinese name mixed in with a bunch of Japanese ones, so I came up with the name Lin Qiong.
From a Chinese perspective, Lin Qiong is just an ordinary Chinese name. But actually, "Lin" exists as a surname in Japan too, so you can also read it as [Hayashi Sora].
That's all for now. Teehee~
