The Draconian started us off right away with some pushups and then some sit ups a moment after, getting us on the usual workout routine that would help most of the upper body before having us stand up and do squats and lunges to target the lower body.
Whether she was having us do them because they were the most optimal and or were things we could do easily or if she wanted us to do them because she liked watching us do them was unknown to me, but I did know that I was going to have to do more of anything in these coming days.
My body hurt - in a good way - just by doing a set of these four things, and the instant that the black scaled warrior dragged over some real weights I almost wanted to curse at her... just as much as I felt a little anticipation welling up in my mind at the idea of using them.
