In the vast, dimly lit underground hall, the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path stood quietly against the back wall. Only two eyes on its forehead were open, while the remaining seven were tightly closed.
Obito Uchiha didn't trust Madara Uchiha enough to let him seal the six Tailed Beasts, nor was he willing to lose the combat power of the six Jinchūriki Pain for the time being.
In the dim underground space, the three of them sat on the ground. A kerosene lamp was placed in the middle, its dim yellow light making the place seem even more eerie and terrifying.
