His name is Dr. Fin Archibald, a person who is being played by the will of god to make some story more interesting. Transmigrated to the fantasy world of One Piece with a System that brings Earth and other Franchise Technology upon his shoulder will make him the most sought after. Unfortunately, he is not someone who likes to follow the protagonist and fortunately, what he wants the most is to make it harder for the protagonist. Equipped with the Architect System in the One Piece World. He was no doubt borderline Justice and Evil but sided with the most promising side in both economic and rule power. With a grey personality, his goal is to cause as much entertainment and chaos between the White and Dark. And his target is to become the most valuable scientist both within evil and justice so the two sides will battle each other more fiercely.
Because he will be more of a thinker than a fighter. He needs the premise of a strong and more promising ally in both economic and power. So, since he was transmigrated to a fantasy world, why not help the evil side who has a justice at its face becoming more powerful.
