He looked outside his window; it was actually a sunny day, but it felt like it was raining cats and dogs for him.
He called his PA.
"Asher," he called, "anything on today's
Schedule"
"Let me check," Asher said as he flipped through the book he was holding.
"On your work schedule, you attended the company meeting well. On your leisure schedule, you have 3 girls to meet with this evening, and a reminder your sisters are visiting next week to see how you are faring," Asher completed.
"Or to see if I have changed," Ethan added as he looked at his table mirror and brushed through his hair.
Ethan Montgomery was known for his charm and good looks. At 28, he had already made a name for himself as a successful billionaire businessman. Well, some was from his parents' inheritance, while the rest was from his business and his social media popularity. He would meet with not less than two girls every evening, savoring every part of them for a huge pay, but this evening was different; he had three. not less than.
"You can get them to invite you to your hotel, and I'll keep them company till you're ready to meet them," Asher said.
"Okay, if that's fine by you," Ethan replied. He always saw Asher as his best friend and would trust him with anything, even with his sex toys, but he wasn't only using them for his self-pleasure; he also thought this was a good way to find someone he would want to spend the rest of his life with.
He was still lost in thoughts till his phone on the table buzzed. He glanced at the screen; it was his sister, Victoria. He didn't care to answer it; he just let it ring. When it finished ringing, he thought his sister gave up, but his receptionist sent the business phone to him, saying his sister wants to talk to him.
He angrily yanked the phone from his attendant's hand.
"Hey sis," he answered, knowing exactly what she wanted to talk about, but he decided to stall her a bit.
"How many times have I said this is a business line?" he said.
"I have been trying to reach you; you keep refusing to pick up your calls," she said.
"What do you really want?" he asked.
"I don't want anything, little bro; I just want to tell you that I and Sophia are coming on Thursday, next tomorrow," she said.
What?" he asked.
"Don't be too excited; I wanted to come today, but Sophia said it would be rude—that we should give you some time." she said.
Ethan was speechless; he didn't have anything to say because his sisters were really pestering him about getting married.
Victoria, the older of his two sisters, really took it upon herself to find him what she called "the perfect bride." She had been introducing him to eligible bachelorettes for months.
Ethan, I know what you have been doing; you think fucking different girls every night will get you a bride," Victoria said, her voice firm but laced with a hint of anger. "We can spend a whole month picking real girls, not gold diggers. You need to settle down, Ethan."
Ethan sighed, rubbing his temples. He knew his sisters meant well, but he wasn't ready to give up his freedom just yet. "Victoria, I'll think about it," he said, trying to placate her.
After the call, Asher couldn't shake off the feeling that his sisters were getting tired of his bachelor lifestyle. He needed a solution, at least something to keep his sisters off him. Since he was 25 years old now, 28, he was tired of it.
"Asher, please book a three-hour meeting for each of the girls, but I want to meet one now."
"Okay, you'll be meeting one now, then the other by 6pm, and then the other by 9pm. I'll let the social officer inform them, and your conveying crew will set up your Benz outside." Asher said.
"Thank you, Asher," he said.
"You are welcome," Asher said as he packed some of Ethan's stuff.
Ethan was about to leave; his jacket holder wore him his jacket and placed a big mirror in front of him to check his face. Of course, he was so handsome and charming.
He was done; he went outside, and his Benz and his company cars were waiting for him. He entered the car, spoke a few words to his driver, and drove off to the hotel.
