Chapter 41 - Chapter 41: The Inevitable Shockwave

The physiological change was the least of the consequences. The constant, unyielding pressure I maintained inside the Kinetic Vault had sent an entirely different kind of shockwave through the Solaria Grand Guild's network.

The Grand Guilds rely on quantified data. My continuous operation had overloaded their monitoring systems. Their screens flashed with impossible data: Epic-tier energy output maintained at 99% duration, a complete denial of the established laws of mana conservation.

The Guild Master, Theron, now fully aware of the monster he had let into his city, convened an emergency, secure session with the Central Authority.

---

I used my own stolen communication codes to intercept the data stream, listening to the full, terrifying scope of the panic I had created.

Theron (Frantic):"It's a void! He's generating energy faster than he consumes it! His defenses are absolute. He can clear an Epic dungeon faster than our data can verify the kill! He's collapsing the resource economy just by existing here!"

Central Authority Monitor (Calm, Robotic):"The Resource Flow Charter is predicated on entropy. All hunters must dissipate energy. His continuous output is a breach of the fundamental system."

Theron:"He is consuming our attacks as fuel! We sent three Legendary decoys to test him—he didn't fight. He just walked toward them, and the Aura Projection was so immense it paralyzed them! He's not a hunter; he's a sustained siege engine!"

My continuous Aura Projection was now so powerful that sustained exposure to it induced physical strain and fear in even Legendary hunters. The very pressure I maintained was a weapon.

---

The Central Authority had run out of observation methods. My ability to operate outside the laws of mana physics was an existential threat to their controlled, managed world. They moved immediately from observation to active enforcement.

The robotic voice of the Central Authority Monitor, now laced with cold finality, announced the decision:

"Due to the sustained breach of Charter Axiom Gamma-7 (Mana Conservation), the asset known as Dax Jackal is designated System Error: Blackout. All local restrictions are hereby lifted. Active Intervention is authorized."

This was not a simple arrest order. "Blackout" was the highest designation—a target marked for immediate, comprehensive, and potentially terminal neutralization by the Authority's direct enforcement units.

The Central Authority was dispatching its Mythic Enforcers.

---

I felt the immense shift in global power, a cold, crushing gravitational wave moving across the continent toward Solaria. The true masters of the system were coming for me.

My body responded instantly. The continuous pressure of the Hyper-Focus and Aura Projection suddenly spiked as I prepared for the incoming conflict.

In that moment, the physiological changes accelerated. The electric blue halo around my eyes flared into blinding white light. A deep, searing pain coursed through my veins as the final integration occurred.

I activated my Specter Sight one last time. My own energy signature was no longer confined to the gauntlet; it was a complex, self-sustaining nexus of infinite energy. The internal Arcane Catalyst pool became permanent, flowing through my veins, making my body itself the infinite power source.

The most shocking change occurred in my core ability. My original talent—the ability to absorb essences—suddenly underwent a massive, Mythic-level upgrade triggered by the final refinement of the Void Alchemist.

The New Ability: I no longer needed to touch an essence to consume it. I could now initiate a specialized remote consumption field that would draw in and immediately filter the essence of any enemy I defeated. This was the final, game-breaking ability—the ability to grow exponentially without pause or physical contact.

I stood up, the light in my eyes blazing white. I had broken the system, stabilized the unsustainable, and made my body a permanent reflection of the chaotic power I controlled.

I looked out the window, sensing the distant, gathering power of the Mythic Enforcers closing in on Solaria.

"I am not a system error," I muttered, my voice echoing the internal crackle of electricity. "I am the correction."

The battle for my survival—and the dismantling of the entire Central Authority—was about to begin. My final evolution was complete, and the stage was set for a Mythic-level war.
