"Among the gods, all who are law incarnations are qualified to participate in voting to jointly decide final verdicts."
Zeus paused, elaborating further: "Voting will be divided into support, opposition, and abstention, with the majority of supporters being the final resolution."
"Additionally, all past wrongs in cosmic history must be compiled into specific regulations as warnings—gods absolutely cannot repeat them. For errors with precedent, repeat offenses will receive heavier punishment to uphold divine law and maintain order."
"However, gods have elder and younger members—some gods are not yet mature. Therefore, I propose that all Primordial Titans, along with Mother of All Things and Night's Master, their single vote will carry the weight of three votes."
