Mr. Han stared at Jaehyuk, studying him for a while before he said, "I thought the two of you aren't really on good terms. So it's rather surprising seeing you speak up for him."
"Not being on speaking terms doesn't mean I'll sit back and watch something unjust happen to him. At least I have some conscience against such things," Jaehyuk expressed.
Mr. Han let out a soft smile. "Unjust. You also think I'm being unjust to him?" he asked, but Jaehyuk said nothing.
Mr. Han cleared his throat as he said, "If you're investing in something and it's not yielding back your investment's worth, there's no need to keep wasting time and money. Isn't that right? That's business for you. That's the industry. I don't believe you're naive to that."
Jaehyuk had a serious expression as he said, "He's your son. Biologically. And you're his father. There's no room for business and industry standards in your relationship. It's inhuman to throw those two together."
