PROLOUGE
We were together like always they were messing around with the multiverse or at least that's why my sister Nora calls it. It's always me Hyde, my sister Nora, Jory, Lem and Celda and of course were all girls it's litterly a friend group. I've never really been to any of the places that they have been to but soon I'll get to go there too. One place I practically want to go to is called Earth it's like some kind of parallel universe or whatever they always say. I'm not sure how it will be like, like will they have any water, we don't, we drink acid, it helps us get stronger. I've only heard of water in totes they always talk about how water is normal there, and I want to go see it. Totes are supposed be like a pretend story that isn't real, but they always go there so I must go there as well! I hope nothing changes when I start to tag along with them after all I am there friend I should be fine right?
CHAPTER 1
"No please don't go again can't you wait till I can go too?" I cried out to Nora and Lem or to whoever was listening. I stayed in our house sitting on the core of the crystals my stomach growled. "MOM!" I quit after that as I walked slowly towards the beautiful golden fridge, I pressed the button on my neck then the fridge opened. I'm not really special but I do like good food so I grabbed a jade sandwich, "YUM my favorite this will be a good snack!". Just in that moment Nora, Lem, Celda and Jory came a flash of light then they were inside. "Look Hyde I know how much you wanted to come with us but you have to wait till tomorrow 5:00 sharp you get to come on you're first ever Earth trip." I giggled, "ok, ok but can't you tell me what you discovered on Earth," Nora looked at me with a mixed face of pissed and just blank. "You will find out tomorrow," and she walked off, "wait Lem I don't get it why's she so mad?" but Lem just shrugged me off and followed after Nora and so did the rest of them. I guess YAY at least tomorrow Ille find out what she's talking about on my first Earth visit. I put that thought in my head, I pressed the button on my neck, and I was in my room with silky soft Emerald sheets and tech curtains, for privacy. I cuddled into bed closed my eyes, 5 seconds and Ille already be there, I smiled and fell asleep. "Eughgh" I woke up with Jory right above me with the widest smile I guess Jory had always been the cheerful one, "come on or you'll be late for you're first ever Earth trip!" She grabbed me by my wrist and pressed the button on her neck, there were Celda, and of course Lem and Nora together. "So like you already know that this is my first trip with you guys but like what do we do I mean there's so much!" I squealed while slightly jumping. I felt Nora start to eye me with this face whatever all I could think of is what she didn't tell me yesterday my heart was screaming tell me now! "I follow you guys outside, right?", "ok what's with the silent treatment and when are you gonna tell me about yesterday?" Still, I followed them outside as they handed me a vest with lumpy Jade on it, a little dirty, I still took it and wore it as I tried not to get it tangled with my long straight brown hair. I smiled confidently, "so let's go?", "um, do we hold hands and then all press our buttons?" Nora gave me a stare I don't know why I was just exited isn't that normal and I wanted to know how to do everything I mean Jory did say not to be late. She paused and looked at me dead in the eyes, "you wanted to know what we do on Earth if we don't explore well we write story's about them," Lem gave Nora a look and Jory smiled slightly while Celda stayed the same. "Wow?", "I thought you guys did cooler stuff but I guess we can write," I said rather annoyed. "Fine just for you we can explore around Earth but just this time you got it?" I nodded YES! this is exactly what I've been waiting for to visit Earth, "Wait so how do we go there?", "We press Earth on our vest that's what the Jade is since Earth is green." I smiled, I finally got a nicer side of Nora, we all counted down "3,2,1!" and we pressed the Jade. Suddenly I had this weird feeling I never felt before traveling through multiverses, excitement, being scared and kind of ready. I kind of liked the feeling, as we whooshed through different parallel universes, I found Earth, but I only knew that because of totes. "Look there's Earth!" I exclaimed while Jory looked at me with a slight smile and Lem just focused on what Nora was doing. I think she was updating her vest or maybe it was connected to all our vests but Lem always hangs out with Nora not that nobody else doesn't but Lem is different. We were speeding up and just like how I saw the flashing light when they appeared that's what I saw as we entered Earth. "Um don't we look a little weird with these Jade vest's they probably think that were broke or weirdos oh I didn't expect it to be embarrassing!" "SHH!", "the only one who will be embarrassed is you if you don't stop shouting, and on the contrary they find Jade exclusive and rare so all you have to do is shut that mouth." Yeah of course she would find a way to ruin it, "I want to go to the, what are they called again ocean,", "it's called oceans," I heard Nora mumble. "Ok come on lets go it'll be fun!" exclaimed Jory of course she was going to be the one to cheer everyone else. As we were walking there was a question that crossed my mind, why does everyone dress like that actually why do they get around like that and why do there houses look like that. Everything was so weird maybe worse I mean our houses are way better and transportation as well as our clothes I mean were wearing Jade. "Nora you know how come you only write stories about these multiverses don't you want to do something cooler and more fun"? Nora gave me this death glare then responded, "it doesn't matter what you think ok just come on we can't be late to 9087." What's 9087 I thought in my head and also my legs hurt so much, they have never hurt like this before this is not ok! "Yay, it's the Ocean!" I ran to the Ocean but as soon as I got in it felt different it felt better way better than acid, but then my button broke off! "AAgh!" that's never supposed to happen my button was supposed to stay there till the day that I die. Should I tell them, if I don't, I'll have to do everything like these humans walk drink water, "DRNK WATER!" I can't do that Ide have to keep coming here because now acid might be deadly to me oh no. "I have a question guys if you happen to need a replace of a button how do you get it?" I asked desperately, "you don't there shouldn't even be a reason it comes off do you know how high tech that is?" exclaimed Celda I looked at them and then at my neck thank goodness it was covered by my hair, "why would you even ask that question didn't they teach you that it never comes off it stays with you till the day that you die?" I looked at her trying not to hold back tears who would I tell? How did this disaster happen I just went in water nothing they haven't done right? This isn't even supposed to happen they taught us it stays till we die. "Wait I'll be right back," I went on my legs yes and grabbed a bottle, I had to them walk all the way walk all the way back to the ocean and get some water. "Hey what are you doing!?" exclaimed a voice of an older girl, "are you new here, cause that waters bad for you, you have to get water from over there." She pointed to a place that looked like a fountain connected the the wall, "hi i'm brooke whats your name," ,"um, hyde I know it's a little weird," I said. "No, not at all just go get your water and then give me your number so we can talk," I looked at her with confusion your phone number," "ohhh." I went to fill the water all the way by the fountain, and it looked even purier than the ocean water whatever that means I'm just making words up! As I walked back I though about what number I would give her, the Jade phone, gold phone, Emerald phone or should I should I go for classic. A classic is a oh I forgot, oh yeah it's a ruby phone yeah that will work. "Oh yeah so my phone number is 8765," , "why is it only four numbers?" "Just try it, it will work, bye!" and off I went but I might be back who knows maybe I'll make PUE which stands for parallel universe Earth. "Ok Welle take a break than go to 9087," said Nora. "3,2,1..."
