It wasn't the adult Sakura who answered—it was the young Sasuke.

Itachi transformed into a flock of crows to dodge the blow. Where he had stood, the ground caved in from the force of the attack.
Standing amid the destruction, the adult Sakura shook out her wrist.
"So that's the future me..." The young Sakura looked up at her adult self in awe.
"What terrifying destructive power."
Even Itachi was left shaken.
"Genjutsu won't work on me," the adult Sakura stated firmly.
"I'm not just skilled in illusions," Itachi replied slowly. "Now, let me show you the true power of the Uchiha." He had already expected his genjutsu wouldn't be effective.
The stronger the shinobi, the less effective illusions became in combat.
"The true power of the Uchiha..." Itachi's words naturally caught the attention of the young Sasuke as well.
"Susanoo!"
A towering red giant wreathed in black flames emerged around Uchiha Itachi.
"Yin Seal: Release!"
The adult Sakura charged Itachi again, landing a punch on his Susanoo.
