Through scrolling social media, I actually observed how cruel people can become, 'phedophilic, necrophilic, hate, sexism, gender discrimination,.. really' As I think more to it as I don't wanna have to do anything about it.
I, who's name is Gregorio Neil, had observed the world of Internet, thought to my self that there's no way this people can say this type of phrases in person.
When yesterday those boys at the back at our class said that they want to rape our president as a joke, and to make things worse, they said it while our president is inside hearing them, they really have no shame.
She just laughed it off, but upon looking at her face, she's more like scared or afraid of them... 'This is why I hate being a human.'
Yes, I never view myself as a human, since I'm history, from the past until present, they've done inhumane things, from using manipulating someone's belief, genetic modification, even wars, also did I mention about WW2?
Yeah, humans are indeed cruel.
Well, even though I actually like observing them, some moments I don't interrupt, and some I do, well that depends on the people.
The next day, I observed those guys again, but this time I brought a recorder, well, It is against the law since I was going to record their convo without consent, but who cares about the law.
'To think they said the same thing.' I thought to my self when they said anything about our president private, 'Those disgusting creeps, how far have humanity have become!' I said to myself.
At the after class, I was on the pedestrian, I heard a loud noise of a truck, as I looked, I saw our president in front of me, and I glanced at the truck, the driver was drunk! He's sleeping!!
And press..... She's in deep thoughts... "DON'T THEY REALIZE DRINKING THEN DRIVING CAN LEAD TO ACCIDENTS!!" I shouted while rushing at her.
Thankfully I pushed her out of the way, 'what about myself?' I guess I'm unlucky.
After the impact,my body is aching, 'It hurts, it hurts' that's what my mind shouts, someone is lifting my head, and it was put to something soft, 'A thigh I suppose.' the only thing I heard was the alarm of vehicles.
And a cry, 'this voice' as I heard the voice of Solaime, our president... To be fair, I actually know her as a brave person who never cried.
But today, it's my first time hearing it.
I heard that she was saying something, but too bad, I probably won't make it.
I opened my eyes, I saw a vast of grass land, "Greetings mortal. well not for so long. I looked back at me and saw a woman, wearing a white robe. "Who the actual creature are you–!"
I cover my mouth, as soon as I realized that my thought's was coming out of my mouth. "What was going on..."
"Well, I realized that you probably won't talked to me, so I will make you talk through forcing your thoughts come out of your mouth." She said.
To think someone is forcing me to talk huh!? Well, considering the place and that thing she did it was safe to assume that "You are a goddess, right?"
"Yes, I am." She said as she smiled at me. "Well, am I dead right? Do I have to pass a judgement before going to afterlife?" I asked.
"I must apologize but the concept of the afterlife doesn't exist, the only thing that exists are reincarnation." She said.
"Well, why am I here then? Should I have been reincarnated?" I asked.
"Though that might be the case, but you're different Gregorio. You see, yesterday, Kiel died."
"What does that have anything to do with me?" I asked her.
"Kiel is a god, that has a role of observing all of the existing universe, but apparently since he killed himself, we need someone to replace him?" She smiled at me.
"Why me?" "Well wanna know the reason Kiel killed himself?,because he fell for a mortal, I know that god's can't be killed by anyone, but god's can kill themselves you know?, so he killed himself just because of that mortal woman."
"What does have that to do anything with me?" I asked.
"You are cold,and never controlled by your own emotions." She said.
"So you're telling that you are taking me as a replacement for a god who died because he fell for a human?"
"Yes, I am, you'll gain much of his abilities such as teleportation, dimensional rift, universal rift, memory erasing, and many more. And you'll be the new god of protection and will have a chance to go back and forth to the land of god's."
"So I basically got reincarnated as a god."
"Not reincarnated, but descended" She said.
"But before anything, I wanna wish to do something first before my role, then after that I'll decide if I really want to become a god."
"Sure what is it." She asked as she's looking intensely at me.
"If possible, I'd like to visit my home world one last time?" I asked her.
She had a curious expression. "Why? Didn't you think they are hopeless and cruel before, when you're alive?"
"Even if I said that, I know it has to many flaw's, but that place is still my home, I was born there, and also, there's someone I'd like to bet my life on, she's brave and I'm pretty sure, she can make a change to that world." I said.
"She? Don't tell me you just going to fall for someone right now?" She said.
"Nope, besides I'm already dead to think about the romance like that."
"Well, that's good to hear, then I'll send you for seven days ate your home."
