Dirk Carter pushed Dimitri Dutton behind him and quickly headed towards the County Mayor's office.
In a hurry, Dimitri shouted in the corridor, "County Mayor Dixon, Deputy Magistrate Carter is here to see you."

The scene before him left him stunned.
He saw a woman sitting on Bjorn Dixon's lap, her upper body clothes unbuttoned, with Bjorn Dixon fondling her breasts.
