When I saw the monster eating my father and mother, I knew this was the day. I ran toward the red humanoid monster. I pulled out a sword, but it inflated itself.
"Do you want to join your family? Child?" At that moment, something began to eat me: darkness. I couldn't breathe and surrendered to it. The monster thought I was running away from it.
"You will not escape me, human."
I was drowned in darkness. In front of me was a gigantic figure, and his voice sounded like the voice of the portal that brought me back to life. He was sitting on a giant throne.
"I will make you stronger," he said. My emotions were mixed at that time, between receiving the destructive power or leaving my goals behind. But my fate was determined when I met that entity. It gave me strength, and darkness began to enter my body. I emerged from the darkness and went to kill the monster.
The monster destroyed the village and ate all the humans. Darkness surged from its depths like an unquenchable storm, swallowing everyone. A ray of light surrounded him. His body was clad in black armor with interlocking edges, as if fashioned from materialized shadows and hellish iron. From his chest exploded a sharp violet glow, pulsing with power, as if his heart had become a dark star dragging souls toward its abyss. Above his head rose a jagged crown like the horns of a demon, his eyes gleaming with a glint that carried nothing but arrogance and destruction. With every step he took, the sky screamed with lightning, and the earth trembled under the weight of his presence, as if the entire world was declaring its submission to the new Dark King.
The monster didn't know that the person who killed his parents was a woman. He bowed his head in remorse to the demon, but the demon heard nothing from him. The Dark King collided with the red monster's body at a crucial moment, as if heaven and earth had stopped breathing. Angry lightning tore through the clouds, and the winds roared, carrying the groan of scattered debris. With one hand, the king plunged his fist, blazing with violet energy, into his opponent's chest, strands of darkness bursting forth like hungry snakes piercing flesh and devouring strength. The monster's eyes glowed brighter, but the rage began to fade in the face of the dark energy that was slowly stealing his life. In the background, the ruined city bore witness to a confrontation between tyranny and madness, a confrontation in which there was no room for mercy.
In the distance, the monster began to wonder, "Why does a human possess your power, Dark Lord, can you hear me?" The Dark Lord appeared, sitting on his throne. "Who are you to insult my choice, you insect?"
The monster bowed, apologetic, and begged for forgiveness, but the Dark Lord paid no attention. The monster's body began to erode.
Raven looked up at the sky and began to laugh with madness. The sky was raining heavily, and the houses around him were destroyed. He flew. There were six people, three girls and three boys, surrounding him. They had swords and wore blue robes (the Blue Squad). Grind was with them, and Raven landed on the ground. They unsheathed their swords and ran towards him, but a portal emerged from nowhere. "I don't want your lives to end. I want to have fun." They didn't understand what he said, but Grind was sad for Raven. They sat in the rubble, waiting for the "Field Investigation Team," a group trained to deal with dark and bloody scenes, but with calm faces and noble intentions. They wear a uniform of white, with a silver badge in the shape of the scales of justice in the center. They patrol the areas of destruction after battles, collecting evidence, taking testimonies, and gently carrying bodies on covered stretchers, as if they were carrying the most precious remnants of the dignity of the departed. They carry no offensive weapons except when necessary, and their most important tools are their notebooks, analytical instruments, and eyes accustomed to seeing the truth amidst the devastation. Grind was a member of Perion's squad, and he was in the Blue Squad, which ranked third in power among Perion's squads. He sat with the squad leader, King, who had a muscular body, black hair, black eyes, and a beard he shaved every day, leaving only a little hair. "Did you know your friend's strength?"
"I didn't know that, but even if my friend was an enemy of the world, I would kill him. Don't think I would sympathize with him. He has become a danger to the world."
"I also had a friend. I said the same thing. I would kill him, but I couldn't kill him when I saw him."
The Blue Squad returned to their large castle in the countryside, surrounded by a wall and in the middle of it a giant iron gate. Inside the wall was the castle, surrounded by many plants, flowers, and other things. In the middle of the castle was a giant wooden door. They entered the castle. Grind sat with the squad on a chair, surrounded by a round table. Everyone began asking Grind.
"Grind, why didn't you tell us that your friend possessed the power of the devil?"
"Denko," said the squad's deputy, an old member with a thin body, purple hair, and purple eyes. Black
"Are you hiding something like this from the world? If we knew, none of this would have happened."
Olivia, Grind's close friend, a new member with yellow hair tied with a red band, large eyes, yellow eyelashes, and yellow pupils.
"Isn't he the person the leaders rejected a year ago?"
Maya, a former member.
"Yes, he was. Was he hiding that power from the leaders?"
Sela, a former member.
"He also hid it from me, his close friend, and didn't say anything to me. Do you understand?"
"If Raven asked you to kill him, would you kill him?"
"Denko, who said I'd be able to kill him? I'm going to sleep."
Grind, looking up at the ceiling of his room, "Why are you doing all this?"
They are all wearing black shirts and pants, and blue robes around their necks that extend to their legs.
