As the groups walked out of the practice room, the Alpha Boys couldn't help but tease Idols.
Harrison grinned mischievously and nudged Hudson. "Hey, looks like someone's got some competition," he said, winking at the Idols.
Hudson chuckled and added, "Yeah, I mean, that song was alright, but we definitely brought the heat."
Ace, who was walking alongside them, snorted. "Alright? It was more like 'meh'. I mean, we've been working on our skills for years, and they think they can just step in and keep up?"
Caleb, who had been quietly observing the exchange, couldn't help but chime in. "Hey, I think we showed them what we're capable of. And let's be real, we're the ones who brought the fire to that track."
Lorenzo, who had been walking ahead, turned around and grinned. "Yeah, and don't forget, we're the ones with the sick beats and the smooth flows. You guys are just trying to keep up."
The Idols, who had been walking ahead, turned around to face them. Jace raised an eyebrow and smirked. "Oh, is that so? Well, I think we held our own pretty well back there. And let's not forget, we're the ones with the real skills when it comes to performing live."
Kai chimed in, his voice dripping with sarcasm. "Yeah, I'm shaking in my boots. You guys think you're the only ones who can bring the heat? Bring it on."
The two groups continued to exchange playful jabs and teasing comments as they walked out of the building
As the two groups continued to banter back and forth, they walked out of the building and into the bright sunlight. Mr. Kim, who had been watching the exchange with a smile, clapped his hands together to get their attention.
"Alright, alright, let's focus. We've got a lot of work to do before the release of this track. I want to see you all at the studio next week, ready to lay down some serious vocals. And remember, this is a big opportunity for all of you. Let's make it count."
The groups nodded, their expressions turning serious as they realized the importance of this project. As they began to disperse, Jace turned to the Idols and whispered, " they're so annoying"
Adriel grinned. "I feel like punching them right now"
Meanwhile, the Alpha Boys were having a similar conversation. "We're going to crush it," Harrison said, pumping his fist in the air.
But as the two groups went their separate ways, it was clear that only one thing was certain: the competition was about to get fierce.
They return to the company around 8pm, after visiting their relative's, friends, and family
The company dormitory was buzzing with activity as the two groups gathered in the common room, their laptops and gaming consoles set up on the coffee tables. The air was electric with competition as they decided to have a friendly gaming tournament to pass the time.
The Alpha Boys were huddled around one console, playing a popular multiplayer game, while the Idols were on another, their fingers flying across their controllers. The trash talk was already flowing freely, with both groups confident in their gaming prowess.
"You're going down, Alpha Boys!" Jace taunted, grinning at the screen.
"Oh, I don't think so," Caleb shot back, his eyes fixed intently on the game. "We've got the skills, and we're going to crush you."
The competition was fierce, with both groups giving it their all. The Idols' Han was a master of strategy, working seamlessly with his teammates to take down the Alpha Boys' defenses. Meanwhile, the Alpha Boys' Lorenzo was a force to be reckoned with, his quick reflexes and sharp aim allowing him to rack up kill after kill.
As the night wore on, the tension mounted, with both groups cheering and jeering in equal measure. In the end, it came down to a close match, with the Idols emerging victorious.
"Yes!" Jace pumped his fist in the air, grinning at his teammates. "We took it down!"
The Alpha Boys groaned, laughing and joking as they conceded defeat. "Rematch!" Harrison called out, already loading up the next game.
The Idols just smiled, confident in their gaming superiority. "Anytime, anywhere," Kai said, smirking at the Alpha Boys.
As the gaming session came to an end, the groups started teasing each other, comparing their teammates to characters in the game.
"Hey, Han, you're just like that one character who's always hiding in the shadows," Ace said, chuckling. "What's his name again? Oh yeah, 'Tank'!"
Han rolled his eyes good-naturedly. "Hey, watch it. I'm a stealthy player, okay?"
Meanwhile, Jace was making fun of Lorenzo's character choice. "Lorenzo, you're so extra with that assassin character. You're like a one-man army... who gets killed every five seconds."
Lorenzo laughed and threw a pillow at Jace. "Hey, my character may not be the most durable, but at least I can get the job done. Unlike some people who just run around and get shot."
The teasing continued, with both groups joking and laughing together. It was clear that despite their competitive nature, they all had a good sense of humor and could take a joke.
As the lights went out and the Idols drifted off to sleep, the Alpha Boys lay in their beds, chatting quietly among themselves.
"Hey, guys, can I say something?" Hudson asked, his voice barely above a whisper.
"What's up?" Harrison replied, his voice equally low.
"I don't know about you guys, but I think it's not that bad being around the Idols," Hudson said, a hint of surprise in his voice.
The others looked at each other in the darkness, intrigued. "What do you mean?" Ace asked.
Caleb hesitated for a moment before responding. "I don't know, it's just that they're not as bad as I thought they'd be. I mean, they're pretty cool, in a weird way."
The others chuckled in agreement. "Yeah, I know what you mean," Lorenzo said. "They're not as arrogant as I thought they'd be."
"And han is actually pretty funny," Harrison added, a smile in his voice.
Taejoon rolls his eyes
The Alpha Boys continued to chat, sharing their thoughts and observations about the Idols. As they talked, they realized that they had developed a begrudging respect for them.
