As soon as Woo Bin's eyes fluttered open, he saw someone close to him through half-open eyelids. Still under the influence of sleep and haunted by the dream he had just experienced, his heart raced. He felt as if someone was looming over him, staring. Terrified, he shouted:
"Ghost! Ghost!"
Simultaneously, he grabbed a pillow lying nearby and, without thinking, started striking at Seo Joon. Still half-asleep, Woo Bin couldn't control himself. As he tried to stand, his foot got caught in the blanket beneath him, and he fell straight to the floor.
Seo Joon tried to stop him, but due to losing his own balance, he also fell, landing on top of Woo Bin. Now both were on the floor — Seo Joon fully on top of Woo Bin.
Their bodies pressed together, reigniting the alpha–omega connection between them — a desire that drew them irresistibly closer. Their breathing quickened, and their eyes locked as if they were trying to understand each other's feelings through mere eye contact.
Seo Joon's alpha scent and Woo Bin's omega fragrance blended, creating an invisible energy that pulled them together even more. Seo Joon felt a sudden warmth spreading through his body, his desire uncontrollable. Slowly, he leaned closer to Woo Bin's lips.

But before he could kiss him, Woo Bin quickly placed his hand on Seo Joon's lips, stopping him.
That touch snapped Seo Joon back to awareness. He quickly controlled himself and stood upright.
Breaking the tension with a light joke, he said:"Did I look like a ghost? You were shouting 'ghost, ghost' at me. I admit I was this close to you, but I was only trying to wake you up. You were saying things in your sleep."
As Seo Joon stood, Woo Bin also got up. His face was red with embarrassment. In a soft tone, he said:"I'm sorry… I didn't mean to. I was just scared. I thought those black shadows from the cemetery were around me again. I even saw them in my dream, coming at me with knives. When I saw you so close, I thought the shadows had returned."
Seo Joon noticed that Woo Bin was still shaken from that night's incident. He spoke gently, trying to reassure him:"Woo Bin, forget what happened. Dae Soo told us that path was closed years ago. No one goes there. Something strange may have happened, and yes, that cemetery was full of black magic. People connected to it search such desolate places to perform their wicked acts. But don't be afraid. We are safe now. No one will harm you. You're fine."
He smiled slightly, easing Woo Bin's tension. Woo Bin slowly returned the smile. Seo Joon's every word brought him comfort.
Seo Joon's gaze then fell on Woo Bin, who was still shirtless, wearing only black shorts. Playfully, he said:"I have another idea to scare away the ghosts."
Woo Bin, curious, asked:"What is it?"
With a mischievous smile , Seo Joon replied:"I think if you wear a shirt, you'll feel less scared. Maybe those ghosts were attracted to your fit body. That's why they came near you."
Hearing this, Woo Bin looked at himself and realized he was indeed only in shorts. His face flushed deep red. Embarrassed, he covered himself with both hands and quickly pulled a shirt from his bag to wear.
Seo Joon couldn't help but smile at his flustered state. As Woo Bin wore his shirt, he sheepishly said:"So… sorry… I've always been alone. No one is usually around me, so I'm used to it. That's why I fell asleep like that."
Seo Joon changed the topic to make him feel comfortable:"Are you hungry? You haven't eaten since yesterday."
As soon as hunger was mentioned, Woo Bin's stomach made strange noises. He made a cute face and said:"Yes, I'm hungry… but I don't know how to cook. I usually ate from the cafeteria or food stall downstairs. I've never cooked myself. And here in this village, I don't even know where to get food."
Seo Joon laughed and said:"Don't worry. I can cook. You can help me. By the way, Dae Soo told me before leaving, there's a diary next to the landline with all the villagers' numbers. His number will be there too. If we need anything, we can call him."
Looking toward the window, woo bin said:"But it's late at night. The village is so quiet. It wouldn't be right to disturb Dae Soo now.
seo joon : He also said everything we need is in the house. Let's check the kitchen; we'll definitely find something. Tomorrow we can go to the village and get more supplies."
Woo Bin nodded, smiling, and said: "Okay."
Seo Joon said:"Anyway, we haven't seen much of this house yet. We only know our rooms where we've been sleeping."
