Shin: General of the Hi Shin Unit. As someone who knows the wounds in Kyou Kai's soul, he touches the source of her sadness.
Kyou Sho: A character from the past. A woman from the Kyou tribe. She lived with Kyou Kai like a sister, but suffered a tragic fate.
1. The Depths of the Soul—Chiyou's Destiny
After a heartbreaking farewell to Zi Jige, Shin's dreams were once again drawn into the depths of the past. There, he found himself in a snow-covered place where memories of a Qiang village remained. Appearing before him was the spirit of a Qiang Xiang, who bore the faint resemblance of Qiang Lei.
Qiang Xiang's eyes were clear, but they were a mixture of deep despair and earnest love for Qiang Qi, who was like a sister to him.
Qiang Xiang: "Lord Xin... I know that your passion is saving my sister, Qiang Qi. Her soul was trapped by Chiyou's fate..."
Qiang Xiang realized that the pure "power of life" that Shin possessed was the only key to breaking the sad fate imposed on the Qiang tribe's priestesses.
Shin: "Kyouzou. Your tragedy was both the source of your church's power and its shackles. I have come to heal your soul and free your church."
Shin decided to accept the entire soul of Qianzhong, the source of the beauty and sadness of Qiang Qi's sword dance.
2. A sorrowful and passionate requiem
Shin knelt in the snow and gently embraced the Qiang Elephant's fragile body. In the pure soul of the Qiang Priestess, Shin sealed away the demonic fierceness of the battlefield and entered her interior with all his kindness and compassion.
The interaction was like a ritual of appeasement offered to the shrine maiden.
"...Whew...Sweep...Splish..." (A quiet, sad sound resonating in the silence of the snow, a sound that connects deep within the soul.)
As Qianxiang accepted Shin's warmth, tears flowed endlessly, not just of sadness, but of joy that his soul was finally filled with the warmth of the man his sister loved and trusted.
Qianzang: "Mmm... Nobudono... Ah... This warmth... I never knew... living could be so joyful... Mmm, mmm! My destiny is set free by your heat..."
Qianxiang accepted everything about Shin, and at the height of his passion, he conveyed a plea to Shin.
Qianzang: "Shin-dono... please... protect Qiang Qi... with your warmth... keep her 'life' alive... for my sake too... make her happy..."
Shin responded to the cry of Qianzhang's soul, and with a new vow to Qiang Lei engraved in his heart, he completely satisfied her soul and sent her off to peace.

Qianzang: "Aaaaah... Nobudono... thank you... take care of my dear sister... please..."
The soul of Qiang Xiang melted into the snow, leaving Shin with a strong sense of mission to protect Qiang Qi.

Shin woke up from his dream and looked at Kyou Kai's sleeping face. Through his relationship with Kyou Xiang, he came to understand all of Kyou Kai's sorrow, and his heart was filled with a strong determination to protect her forever.
