"Mr.Light,please we need you now at the emergency room."
A medical resident said at the top of her lungs. "Got it" said the addressed doctor who ran towards the emergency room with speed and energy.
He ran like the wind was his and those who watched him felt like they were watching a super hero movie.
His blonde golden hair danced with the wind as he ran . His sky blue eyes were like that of an abyss pulling one towards it. His features were exquisite and equivalent to a god. His features were ethereal and was the epitome of beauty.
A while had already passed and Mr.Light had already entered the emergency room and everyone dazed out from their daydream.
What just happened? It was as if they had just been spelled. Both ladies and old women blushed when they realized they were drooling over a doctor in the hospital subconsciously.
The men both staff and patients were eyed with green at the emergency room where the man had entered.
Who was this man that had just seized the moment and everyone's attention effortlessly and cluelessly? Everyone continued to do what they were doing and everything was hustle and bustle in hospital as nurses pushed injured patients towards the emergency room.
Ambulances could be heard outside alerting those nurses and doctors who were once free and were about to rest buckle up and attend to the incoming patients.
This was the norm in Green Hills Training Hospital. The biggest and best hospital in the city. It had won a lot of awards and gained its name globally. It has produced very intelligent and successful health personnel across the world.
Mr. Derrick Hills,the president of the hospital is a renowned neurosurgeon globally and a billionaire at that. His only son who is to soon inherit his hospital follows his foot step as a promising neurosurgeon and cardio surgeon in the hospital.
This hospital has a great history as it is one of the oldest hospitals in the country during the first world war.
After what seemed like forever in the emergency room, Mr. Light came out looking exhausted as beads of sweat dripped down his white smooth face. His disheveled hair gave away the picture of a sexy prince.
The second badge of people who were present when he got out were in awe when they saw him. He exuded the air of power and authority. His aura screamed of
confidence,maturity and brilliance.
People stiffened when his gaze fell on them and this was because of his achievements He had achieved a lot of things at a very young age.He had won medical awards like
BEST SURGEON OF THE YEAR,
YOUNGEST SURGEON OF THE YEAR,
MOST BRILLIANT CARDIOLOGIST OF THE YEAR
and many more.
One mind blowing thing about him was that,no one had ever died when undergone by his surgery. He was known as the surgery god but with all this, he was very down to earth, he was loved and hated by many.
He had a lot of enemies who wanted his downfall but didn't dare because he was really favored by Mr Hills.
The reason why? Only the Hills family knew and even he didn't know why and you are yet to know to dear reader.
With all this these,one would rationalize that he has everything going perfectly for him but as the saying goes,"not all that glitters is gold".
He had his own personal issues to deal with. He was homosexual and has been for as long as he can remember. Because of this he had been sacked out of the house to fend for himself therefore he didn't want this to jeopardize his job and image he had sweat hard to build.
Yet,he couldn't help but fall in love with that person who always kept appearing in his mind. That person was definitely straight so he knew he had to wake up from his fantasy but it was easier said than done.
CHRISTOPHER 'S POV.
Huh finally,I heaved a sigh of relief as I whipped the sweat on my forehead with my white handkerchief. I was completely drained of my energy as I exited the emergency room, the almost choked room that I entered earlier was now spacious.
It seems today the cases were a lot and had now reduced.Which means tomorrow it won't be crowded . Yes,this was cycle only Carissa and I had noticed.
In Green Hills Hospital,anytime the was a crowd of patients,the next day it would significantly reduced and the other next day,it will increase and so on and so forth.
Great now after all this work I need some me time now. How about some Netflix and chill? Yeah that sounds great .
"Huh finally,there you are . I searched for you in the hospital every nook and cranny but didn't see you.
I thought you went to the coffee shop outside the hospital but realized you wouldn't go without me.
Where the hell have you been?" My bestie Carissa asked me.
"You should know that today has been a very busy day as the emergency room was very crowded. "
