I turned naturally towards the beautiful hot elf standing with her emerald eyes locked on me. Clear suspicion radiated from her gaze, like she was trying to see through my intentions—or at least my intent.
But given I'd already seen her status, I knew her ability only worked when intent was projected directly toward her rather than someone else. So I was at least safe from that particular scrutiny.
