Everything is going smoothly.
It has been seven days since I fought against a Greater Daemon, and the cleaning of Atoms Prime is going smoothly. With the help of my [Banishing Fire], we can clean the area around Sanctuary and do not need to resort to Exterminatus.
We are also starting to reclaim the system itself. With the help of the regiments of Katanda Stalwart and the Salamander, we can investigate the other planet. At first, they hesitate to go because their job is to protect me, but a group steps in to take their place.
I look to the side and see a giant man with golden armor standing still next to me, watching for any threat that dares to approach.
Yeah. The Custodes are here, and there are five of them guarding me.
Walking around the Sanctuary with 2.7-meter (~9 Feet) tall guards will get a lot of attention. Lucky for me, the Custodes do not prevent anyone from approaching and talking to me. I do not tell them that, and I am grateful for it.
I love talking with others, after all. Especially the Ogryns who survive the battle. They are just a delight to talk to. Some people might be annoyed at their child-like thinking, but I don't mind it. I find it endearing, in fact.
In the Grimdark Future, Ogryns' child-like behaviour is a breath of fresh air.
Anyway, with the Custodes on my side, I order the Inquisitor Warband to lead the Astra Militarum and the Space Marines to sweep across the system to cleanse the planet from Heretics because I know there will be a lot of them on the other planets.
There is no way a fuck up on this scale does not involve the other planets. With the help of the medallion I made, they will make sure no heretics survive.
Speaking of the Inquisitor Warband, Iven Rannick has become a full-fledged Inquisitor now. It turns out that Inquisitor Grendyl is on Atoma Prime, and before he can get corrupted by the Greater Daemon, he activates a Krak Grenade and commits suicide. The Krak Grenade also makes sure his body cannot be reanimated.
What a hardcore man. Rather than letting corruption enter his body, he decides to commit suicide and give a middle finger to Nurgle by destroying his body as well.
Anyway, Rannick becomes a full-fledged Inquisitor. Well, it is not a permanent position, and he needs a proper official to declare him a proper Inquisitor. However, he became an Inquisitor in the Moebian Domain.
What about me? Well, I am in charge of fortifying the entire planet. For one, I am creating a planetary purifying sprinkle. Using my newly acquired [Tinker – Alchemy (IV)], I make a concoction that acts akin to my [Banishing Fire].
I already created a massive machine that acts as a cloud generator, raining the concoction across the planet. Even with this machine, it will take a long time to cleanse the entire planet.
I type the programming, then press the activate button when I am done.
I watch as the machine comes to life, creating white smoke in the sky. After a few seconds, the smoke turns into a black cloud, and after a minute, it starts raining. I watch as the rain touches the green miasma on the other side of the city, and I see the liquid eat through it.
I nod in satisfaction and look at the tech priest coming with me.
"How long does it take to cleanse the 74th to 86th sector?"
"According to the Blessed Calculation, your creations shall cleanse the area within 27 hours, My Omnissiah."
"I see. That is good. That sector is a key sector that produces the Leman Russ Battle Tanks. Once it is clean, we can resume producing the battle tanks. For now, take me to the Force Field generator. I want to see the progress of the repair."
"By your will, My Omnissiah."
We are progressing smoothly, but we need to increase the pace. When I know the Sanctuary can stand on its own, I will focus on upgrading and securing the domain. I still have the missing from Roboutte, after all.
After that… I want to see if I can recreate a better Gellar Field using my [Tinker – Defence (IV)]. Create a better field that blocks the influence of the warp without the need for a Psyker. It will be safer and better for the Imperium if they can go through the warp without the risk of the psyker inside the coffin getting possessed by a daemon.
What kind of stupid person invented this technology, anyway? Using a Psyker who is dreaming to protect the entire ship. Don't they know that the warp can influence a Psyker? It is as if the Four are the ones giving this idea to the person inventing this technology.

|3rd POV|
"We cannot move just because we receive a vision! We cannot risk our race because of an unknown vision!"
"We need to fortify our planets. The Mon-keigh creates another problem for us, and we need to prepare for that problem. That vision is not something we need to investigate."
"The Red Line is not our salvation. It is an invitation for She Who Thirsts to feast on our souls. It might hurt the Plague Father, but it is an abomination that should not exist. Never in our race history have we learned something like that abomination."
Eldrad looks at the other Eldari Leaders in dissatisfaction. It has been like this for the past three hours, and he starts to think that his fellow Eldari do not want to rescue their Goddess.
All of them receive a vision, a calling, from Isha.
However, instead of answering her call, they want to abandon her. The same people who do not wish to revive Ynnead and think that they do not need to do anything because of the Infinite Circuit.
Eldrad begins to see the same pattern that occurs before the birth of She Who Thirsts. The same arrogance that people of the past had before their souls feasted on She Who Thirsts. The same behaviour that thinks they know everything, deserve everything, and do not need any help from anyone.
Once again, he helplessly watches as his people fall into the same hole of the past.
After a few more hours of bickering, the Great Harlequin decides to call for a break. However, before he can leave, one of the Harlequins puts their hands on his shoulder and guides him to another room where he sees Yvraine and two more leaders of Craftworld sitting behind a round table.
He nods his head at the Emissary of Ynnead and sits next to her. After a few seconds, the Great Harlequin enters the room and looks at them. He shudders as he feels a cold wave pass through him. He is familiar with this feeling. This is the feeling when the Laughing God is watching over them.
Cegorach is here, watching them through the eyes of the Great Harlequin.
He looks at the Great Harlequin and straightens his back. This is the first time since one of their Gods willingly put their presence in the open since the birth of She Who Thirsts.
"The others are not worthy. They return to their old ways, and the only thing that differentiates them from the Dark Ones is the fact that they do not perform debauchery in the name of the Forth Wound."
The others nod their heads in agreement, and Eldrad also agrees with the Great Harlequin's assessment.
"They no longer hold the desire to overthrow the Fourth Wound and rather spend their life in the world they have built."
"And what do you want us to do, Great Harlequin?"
Eldrad holds back a shudder as he feels a heavy presence watching over him. However, he kept his gaze on the Great Harlequin.
"We shall go into the Red Void and visit The Mother. We answer her call as her children."
"After that?"
"We shall work together with the holder of the Mortar of Creation, the Red Dragon of Domination."
"Does that mean we should work with the... Dark King?"
For once, Eldrad does not mind this plan. He hesitated to work with Humanity because of the Golden Human. He and the others know about the prophecy—the prophecy of the birth of the Fifth Chaos Gods, the Dark King.
The Dark King is the Chaos God of merciless judgement, sublime fury, and cruel rationality.
And his birth shall start the unmaking of the universe. His birth shall make the tear into reality larger and allow the Chaos Gods to access another galaxy. His birth marks the Chaos Gods' expansion into another galaxy, bringing greater chaos and even more bloodshed.
However, after the birth of the Red Void and the wounding of the Plague Father, the prophecy no longer exists. The presence of the soon-to-be Dark King disappears. Its presence is no longer written in Destiny and Fate. Even its echo is destroyed, leaving nothing behind.
The Dark King can no longer be born, and now he is a Golden Human until the day his soul can no longer enter the cycle of life.
"Yes, eventually."
"Are you sure that we can trust the Golden Human?"
Yvraine speaks for the first time since she arrived at this meeting. The Grand Harlequin looks at her and shakes their head.
"No. We cannot trust him. However, we can trust the Red Dragon of Domination. He who holds power that can wound the Four can be trusted. We cannot order him, but we can guide him. We cannot manipulate him, but we can make a request to him."
Eldrad understands what the Laughing God wants them to do. He wants them to guide the Red Dragon, but not manipulate him. He wants them to make a request that benefits Eldari as a whole, but does not attempt to command him.
For the first time, they need to change their operation. Instead of manipulating how they talk and making the other person follow their plan, they need to talk honestly and frankly.
"Very well. How do we reach the Red Void?"
"The Laughing God shall guide our path. We shall depart after the others return to their Thirsting Hole."
