Shina did not sleep well.
It wasn't fear exactly. It wasn't even nervousness in the normal sense. It was the kind of restless energy that sat inside his chest and refused to quiet down, the kind that kept replaying the same moments over and over again until they began to feel unreal.
The DM was still open on his phone.
He must have read it at least thirty times already.

Even now, lying on his bed in the dim light of the hotel room, Shina stared at the message again just to make sure nothing had changed. His thumb hovered over the screen like the words might suddenly disappear if he looked away.
A laugh escaped him quietly.
"Guy… this thing still feels like a prank."
He tossed the phone onto the mattress beside him, sat up, then immediately grabbed it again.
Still there.
Still real.
Dayo had actually sent it.
