"I think you should focus on the task at hand first. We'll get back to that later," Kim suggested when I almost lost the hold I had on the rope I was dangling from, surprised by her sudden information.
The rope burned faintly against my palm, the cold night air brushing my cheeks as the building's height hummed below me.
Who'd have thought my sister had used their service in the past?
"Yeah, sure. How many of them are still inside the room right now?" I asked Kim over the headphones while I slowly cut a small circle into the window.
The glass vibrated lightly beneath the cutter, a faint chemical tang hitting my nose. I surveyed the room for the safe, and thankfully the safe was placed on the shelf right against the back wall separating the bedroom from the sitting room.
