Hazel's POV.
I just couldn't help it with the way the twins were making me have mood swings. This moment I was thinking about my moment with Colton and the next I was chiding myself not to have feelings for Liam. I didn't know why I felt so at ease whenever I was with him, just like I did when I was with his brother.
The way they influenced me was so annoying and I couldn't wait to get away from all the things I was tied to. I just wanted a normal life, one where I was loved and where I also loved my mate. But I had been thrown into a chaotic war between an Alpha and his brother. I just had to deal with it. I was responsible for whatever happened.
There was no escaping from this one. As I grappled with my feelings, I knew that it was high time I did something that would remind me why I was here. There was no way I was going to keep staying around any longer and doing nothing.
