Chapter 126 - Chapter 126 – Water, Earth, Darkness, Destruction

Upon arriving in the Material Plane, Sadius immediately felt that the restrictions of this plane were far looser than those of Infernal Realm.

His divine sense could scan a much wider range, and his flight speed increased significantly as well.

Before long, the two of them arrived at an island between the Mist Continent and the Beast God Continent.

(From here on, Sadius and Radius will appear as two separate individuals.)

He swept the surroundings with his divine sense—no Gods nearby. Then Sadius unfolded his God Realm, isolating himself from any potential probing.

At that moment, he merged Radius into his own body. The next instant, Sadius felt a deafening boom erupt inside his mind.

A wave of excruciating pain followed.

"What's going on?"

Sadius immediately steadied his heart and guarded his consciousness. But the pain only grew more intense. Inside Sadius' sea of consciousness, his original soul and the second divine clone's soul began to collide violently.

Could a three-attribute soul simply advance into a four-attribute mutated soul by just adding one more divine clone?

Obviously impossible.

If it were that easy, those with dual-attribute soul mutations would have long ago refined another Divine Spark for their original body.

Whether it was dual-attribute souls advancing to tri-attribute mutation, or tri-attribute advancing to four-attribute…it always required undergoing another soul mutation.

Yes.

He had to undergo another full soul mutation.

Dual advancing to tri might still be manageable… but tri advancing to four? That was like trying to ascend to Heaven. This was the true difficulty of achieving a four-attribute soul mutation.

One must remember, in the original story, Linley's four-attribute soul mutation was a life-and-death ordeal. If it weren't for the Soulstone, Linley wouldn't have succeeded at all.

Thinking of this, Sadius immediately began channeling energy into his Soulstone.

The Soulstone released a nourishing flow of power that soothed Sadius' soul.

Fortunately, Sadius wasn't weakened due to external soul attacks—he was simply facing the inherent conflict and slight differences between his original soul and the new divine clone's soul.

So this soul mutation wasn't as impossibly hard as it could have been.

With the Soulstone's aid, Sadius could maintain effective control over this transformation.

Time flowed on…His two distinctly different souls were gradually fusing.

The tri-attribute fused divine power also began to merge with the Water-type divine power, compressing further and further.

Meanwhile, Sadius gritted his teeth, enduring the pain continuously.

"Let's hope this ends soon…"

Half a year passed. Finally, Sadius' souls fully merged, and the four-attribute divine powers completely fused as well—Water, Earth, Darkness, and Destruction—four energies intertwining seamlessly.

At that moment, his Soulstone completely disintegrated, having fulfilled its purpose. Right then, Heaven and Earth trembled violently—the laws of the universe descended.

In that moment, Sadius felt as though the entire world became crystal clear. His soul underwent a complete metamorphosis.

Sadius casually raised his hand and punched out—

CRACK!

Space itself shattered instantly. He experienced a profound new sensation—

This was the power of Will!

Under normal circumstances, even a Seven-Star Fiend, exerting their full strength, might barely tear open such a spatial rift.

But Sadius hadn't unleashed any special technique—just an ordinary punch, and space broke apart.

He was intrigued.

"I wonder…how does my current strength compare to a true Paragon Highgod?"

If the chance arose, he would have to find a Paragon to test himself against.

Still, compared to a Paragon, Sadius had certain advantages. All his divine clones could now wield Power of Will—this was practically the treatment of a Sovereign.

Even if the strength of a single clone wasn't equal to a true Paragon, he could unleash all his clones simultaneously, overwhelming an opponent with sheer numbers.

Sadius spread out his divine sense.

Now he was a Midgod with four-attribute soul mutation, and his soul's strength was a thousand times greater than a normal Midgod's.

Combined with his Power of Will, he could easily confirm his current strength compared to Linley's in the original storyline. His divine sense extended outward.

Sadius observed the range he could now perceive—

"I can observe an entire continent… and beyond. It must be because a soul a thousand times stronger than a normal Midgod's even surpasses a typical Highgod's soul. So my Power of Will amounts to one portion."

He confirmed it—one portion of Power of Will. That was already very good, considering he wasn't a Four-Element fusion of Earth, Fire, Water, and Wind, which would have produced an even higher tier of Will.

Sadius felt his four-attribute fused divine power and compared it to Sovereign power— It was slightly weaker.

But if all his clones were to advance to Highgod level, they could likely rival a Sovereign's power.

It seemed only Earth, Fire, Water, Wind four-attribute soul mutation could allow Power of Will, fused divine power, and soul force to surpass normal limits.

Sadius accepted this reality.

Regardless, Linley was now his son, and Sadius felt satisfied in his heart. After assessing his strength, Sadius immediately headed toward the Mist Continent.

He had thought the soul mutation would finish quickly, but unexpectedly it had taken this long. If he didn't return to the Yulan Continent soon, Beirut might become suspicious.

Back at Vissel Mountain, Sadius teleported once more back to Infernal Realm. This time, he emerged at Mirror Moon Cliff.

Sadius immediately produced his Sovereign token.

"To the Yulan Plane."

After another teleportation, Sadius brought Radius to the northernmost icy plains of the Yulan Plane.

Hodan was still there, idly guarding the teleportation array. When he saw the Infernal Realm teleportation array activate, he wondered who had come from Infernal Realm to the Yulan Plane.

And then, he saw Sadius appear with a young man who looked strikingly similar to him.

"Milord, welcome back to the Yulan Plane," Hodan said respectfully.

Sadius ignored him and flew straight toward the Yulan Continent.

He controlled his speed carefully, pretending to still have his previous level of strength, and with Radius, they first went to the Dark Forest.

"Uncle, we're back."

"Sadius, why are you late this time?"

"Radius made a breakthrough during the journey, so we were slightly delayed."

"This younger brother of yours—his soul actually resonates with the Yulan Plane itself. The very laws of the plane recognize him as a native of the Yulan Continent."

Of course, Sadius knew why Radius' soul was compatible with the Yulan Plane—because Radius was him.

"Perhaps it's because Radius' soul first took form here on the Yulan Plane."

"Mm. Take him to pay respects to your mother."

Beirut looked at Radius—the second Azure Dragon—astonished that he was considered a native creature of the Yulan Plane, and even Sadius' younger brother.

In that case, making Sadius the Earth-element Sovereign and Radius the Water-element Sovereign…

It wasn't impossible for both brothers to become Sovereigns.

"This Radius has remarkable talent. Born as a Midgod—truly one of a kind. If he can become a Shura, then the Water-element Sovereign spark shall be his."

So Beirut thought.

Afterward, Sadius took Radius to the Magical Beast Mountain Range.

Sadius' mother had been a ninth-ranked Thornback Armored Dragon, who had died thousands of years ago.

Whether her soul still persisted in the Netherworld, Sadius did not know.

The two of them put on a serious display of mourning.

Then Sadius bade farewell to Beirut and Leylin before preparing to leave.

After all, he still needed to help the Four Divine Beast family resolve the crisis of the Eight Major Clans.

"Sadius, wait a moment. There's something I need to discuss with you…"
