Rexus pointed his gun at Mio while carrying Haven on his other arm, he had a straight but saddened look on his face "Sorry we have to meet like this again, demon girl. But I can't let you kill her.", Mio was in shock before she closed her eyes. Mio had already accepted the fact that she was about to die at this very moment. Regina rushed in as she scremed her name "MIOOOOO!", she had tears running down her eyes with her hand stretched out trying to save her friend. [BOOM], everything went blank for a moment. Mio, Regina and even Rexus were stunned as too what happened, it turns out the Rexus's gun had blown up the moment he tried shooting at the girl. Rexus was stunned on seeing this, his metal hand had been destroyed in the process of the explosion "What the....? My gun exploded? But how?!". Suddenly, a flashback crossed his mind, he remembered the fight he had against Kito. Kito had placed his hand on Rexus's causing the white markings that were usually on his hand to spread to Rexus's hand, It was the mark that caused Rexus's arm to blow up. Rexus monologued to himself "I see now, it was that boy's doing. When we fought, he touched me and caused the mark on his arm to spread on my hand. So he can use that strange ability of his to kill people when he touches them with it, like a virus?". Kito on the other hand was unconscious at the other side of the city, he raised his head up with a tired smirk, his face was filled with dried blood and injuries "It was about damn time it worked, guess I should be grateful.", his face dropped down once again. Rexus jumped back with Haven on his hands "Tch!", he clicked his tounge "Wasn't expecting things to turn this way. Who could have thought a bunch of kids would be able to give us so much trouble.". He looked around and saw Rem, Racheal. Lydia and Yuki unconscious, he also saw Mio standing on her two feet while looking at him with confusion, Rexus smirked smugly "Oh, I see. I remember those two girls. The one with the green hair and the other one wearing white are the two girls I fought on that mission, aren't day? Good to see them again.". He turned to Mio "Yo, demon girl. Glad I didn't kill you. Sorry, but I think this is where I leave. I'm tired of fighting.", Rexus muttered some strange words "Nechanica No Ryouijiko.". Before he knew it, a portal the size of a door appeared behind him, Mio was in shock for a moment, Rexus explained to her "I'm leaving now. Mission was a fail at the end, huh? Too bad.". As he turned his back to walk into the portal, Regina came running "YOU GET BACK HEEEERE!", she scremed. The portal dissappeared the moment she jumped In the way to grab Rexus. Regina fell to the ground face flat, she staggered before yelling "GODDAMMIIIIT! THEY GOT AWAY! FUUUUUUUCK!". Mio just stared at nothing, her mind was blank and her hair was rough, she collapsed to the ground with her eyes completely lifeless. The girl was still alive, but for the moment, her mind had just gone. Meanwhile, at the boys end, White and Volt were the only one's still standing. Volt held Yuji on his arms, Yuji had blood gushing out of his chest. As for White, he had Kazuma collapsed on his arms as he knelt down. White asked with a tired and broken tone "Volt. Do something about Yuji's bleeding. If you let him bleed out like that, he'll die.". Yuji was just watching his friends body lose blood as he held him in arms. He couldn't do anything at all "I can't....", he said with his tone being unreadable. Tears started to run down Volt's faces while looking at Yuji. White had bandaged up Kazuma's left arm that was almost torn in half, he tossed a bandag to Volt "Patch him up before he dies. I don't have the energy to fight anymore, I've had enough.". Volt just watched Yuji, he just couldn't do anything any more, the fight against Rexus had drained him mentally. He picked up the bandage with whatever little hope he had left, took off Yuji's shirt and just bandaged him up. Volt started to cry, he was tired mentally, physically and emotionally. White on the other hand stared at Kazuma for a moment before looking at everyone else, Kito was on the floor unconscious, and Baroka was also on the floor. Baroka's arm had changed colour, the veins of both his arms had turned black. White looked forward "What about the girls....? Racheal.... Lydia....!", he thought to himself before he immediately layed flat on the floor. At the other side, Yuki, Rem, Lydia, Racheal and Mio had all fallen. They were still alive, but this mission was the most deadly and most draining one they have ever been through. Regina was just on her knees on the floor, she didn't say nor do anything, she just faced the floor. At the other side of the city where Gwen and Marallda fought against Rimeta, they were punching each other at the speed of light. Gwen had an outrageous amount of energy pouring out of her body as she slammed punches after punches on her opponent. Rimeta also had a dangerous amount of yellow energy flashing out of her body as she rapidly punched Gwen as well, while behind her, Marallda was just hitting her with gravity bombs, but despite the pain, Rimeta didn't falter. Non of them were giving each other space to relent at all, just straight brutal blows. Marallda created a black hole on her palms and tried attacking Rimeta with it from behind, Gwen was about to finish the fight off with her blaster that she had infused too much energy into. The blaster was just sparking with white energy as Gwen held and amplified it in order to hit and shoot her opponent on the head. Rimeta growled "IVE HAD ENOUGH!", a drill of yellow energy formed on her hand while a ball of yellow energy formed on her other palm. As Marallda and Gwen were about to demolish her with their attacks that would have left only half her body, she used the drill to pierce through Gwen's stomach, and shot the other beam of energy at Marallda's face. Gwen coughed out blood as she flew back, her's was that of shock and realization. While Marallda, tho still in an unhinged mental state, was still in shock as too how half of her head was being blasted by a mini nuke. Gwen gritted her teeth with blood still spewing out her mouth, she pointed her blaster at Rimeta "DIEEEE!", she yelled as she proceeded to shoot her opponent on the head three times, each beam being as powerful as the last one. Rimeta got shot on the head three times, two on the left side of her head, and another at the forehead. Rimeta dropped to the ground in slow motion along side Gwen "Ghn!Ghna".
