Ivy's POV
I turned to face the second woman. "And you?"
She visibly trembled before collapsing to her knees in submission. "I only followed her orders because she is my luna," she whimpered, pressing her forehead against the floor. The pathetic display only fueled my disgust, making me want to place my foot on her back. Instead, I crouched down to her level.
"What pack do you come from?" I demanded.
"The Dark Forest pack," she replied, voice barely audible.
Behind me, I heard several sharp intakes of breath from the girls who were helping me. I couldn't contain myself—I threw my head back and laughed, the sound echoing through the entrance hall.
"You have got to be fucking kidding me." I reined in my aura, allowing both women to recover slightly. "Get up."
"What?" The luna sat back on her heels, confusion replacing her fear.
