Author's POV
The day went by with keifer sticking to Jay's side, caressing her hair, kissing her forehead and whispering soft confessions and promises every now and then.
Section e, the team and the rest visited them. Tita gema and Jay's mom brought them food. Keifer didn't want to eat at first but eventually ate a bit. They tried waking up jay using food, using promises, using memories of the time where they were happy, the time they teased her, the time they used to steal food from her and ended up laughing themselves but jay still didn't show any difference in her condition.
Eventually they all went back to there rooms to sleep for the night, leaving only keifer with jay again.
Keifer couldn't sleep so he just sat beside jay, one hand brushing against her cheek, the other holding her freezing cold hand.
Keifer( smiling ): u remember ur first day at hvis jay. We acted like mortal enemies almost instantly. U remember how felix teased us by saying that we looked like husband and wife. U know, now that I think about it, deep down I liked u there and then only. But the thing u probably don't know is that we met before that. When aries got admitted in the hospital bcz he got stabbed, I saw u in the doorway of his room. I didn't realize that it was u when I saw u again in school but now I do. Even though u were in a hospital gown, u still looked pretty to me even back then jay. I always truly loved only and only u my queen. Come back to me soon jay.
Day 2 went by like that only. With everyone trying there best to wake her up, resting, taking there meds, getting there bandages changed, having food made by tita gema and tita jeana and keifer staying beside jay, hand in hand, eyes never leaving her. He barely eat anything, barely slept, didn't even talk much to anyone, only kept whispering some sweet memories of the past and promises of the future in her ear and only depended on meds and the determination to wake her up again.
Percy and Jay's dad also arrived by afternoon. The moment they saw jay, they broke down too. Tito jaspher held Jay's other hand and cried. Percy stood beside him, trying to keep his tears from falling but failing miserably.
Tito jaspher: jay, I just got u back. U can't be like this now. U promised u would come visit me in New York but u didn't. So I'm here now baby. Pls open ur eyes jay. Don't stay like this. I'll give u whatever u want. I'll show u the whole New York. Get u whatever u want. Just pls wake up.
Percy: baby sistah, u can't do this to us. Don't u want to see my handsome face. Wake up jay pls.
Aries( groaning ): why do u always have to bring ur face into everything.
Edrix: obsessed much.
Ci-n: seriously bro. U broke such a precious moment by involving ur face. Can't u be selfless for once.
Percy: shut up u little brat.
Ci-n: uncircumcised.
Keifer( shouting ): shut up. Go argue outside. This is not the place nor the time to be acting so childish. And u percy, if I hear another word about ur face, I'll make sure it's unrecognizable, u got it.
They immediately shut up after that and simply nodded.
Keifer: good.
Tito jaspher: what did the doctor say about her condition? Has there been any improvements?
Kuya angelo: not yet. We aren't sure how long she will remain in coma or what will happen once she wakes up.
Robin: all we can do for now is pray and try to get her to wake up or atleast show some improvement in her condition.
Soon everyone left, again leaving only keifer and jay in the room.
Keifer just sat there beside her, caressing her hair with one hand and cupping her cheek with the other. He didn't sleep all night again. Just watched over her. All the strength within him slowly breaking again. All the tears he kept stored slowly streaming down his face and falling onto Jay's pale face. He wiped it away. Said nothing this time and just sat there silently crying.
Day 3 was the same. Everyone visiting them, trying different tactics to wake her up but failing, eating food and meds together, getting there bandages changed and then again leaving to rest. Keifer didn't eat much all day, didn't sleep all night, didn't talk much, just laid down beside her, hugging her tightly like she might vanish if he let go and cried silently all through the night.
Keifer: I wish u were awake to see all the chaos. Ci-n and percy still bicker with each other. Rory kept teasing edrix every time freya took care of him or made him blush. Calix and mica r still the same lovely dovey type. Grazel also came today, everyone fought over who gets to hold her first. Ci-n kept using terrible pick up lines on rakki and percy made sure to comment on every single one of them making everyone laugh. Eren got way too many calls from his girlfriendsssss. Even honey visited today. She was wayyyyy too much clingy with angelo which made all of us super disgusted. Ur papa's health is better now, he is still on his meds but he's almost healed now. Godfather took over the league for u for the time being now. The whole day was basically too chaotic but not as much fun without u. So wake up soon wifey.
By day 4, everyone was getting better. Some were even in physiotherapy. At evening, some unexpected guests also came. No one knew who they were and were super confused about them.
Thyme: gorya?
Kevin: kaning?
Mj: aum?
Ren: what r u all doing here.
Gorya: we r here for u guys obviously.
She went over and smacked thyme on the head.
Thyme: ow.
Gorya: why didn't u tell us that u all were in hospital.
Mj: wait. Who told u all.
Godfather: I did.
He said from behind them.
Kaning: and it's a good thing he did.
Aum: did u really think u could hide this from us.
Gorya: just wait till u get better.
Ren: good luck guys.
Then the girls eyes fell on jay.
Gorya: so this is the jay u all were talking about.
Thyme: yeah. She's still in coma.
Kaning: and who's that.
She said pointing towards keifer.
Kevin: that's keifer. Jay's boyfriend.
Keifer: hey. I'm guessing u r the girlfriend of thyme, mj and kevin.
Gorya: yeah I'm gorya, thyme's girlfriend.
Kaning: I'm kaning, Kevin's girlfriend.
Aum: I'm aum, MJ's girlfriend.
Eren( sweetly ): hey girls. Nice to meet u.🙂
Thyme( glaring ): don't u even dare. We'll bury u alive here only.
Eren: ok geez sorry, I can't help it, it's habit.
He said raising his hands in mock surrender.
Godfather: ok now u all should rest. U can talk later. Go back to ur rooms for now.
" ok "
They left and came back when it was dinner time. They ate there dinner there, spent some time with keifer and jay, got to know each other better and then left again.
Keifer repeated the same thing all day. Barely ate, barely slept, barely talked to anyone. At night, he again laid down beside jay, hugging her tightly and talked about today's events while sobbing silently.
Keifer: u know, gorya and u r the same. U two would have bonded instantly if u were awake. So wake up soon wifey. Ur new friends r waiting for u, just like the rest of us.
By day 5, gorya, kaning and aum also joined in taking care of jay besides taking care of thyme, kevin and mj. They sat beside jay and talked about the f4 when they were in Thailand and how they met and everything after that. While keifer gently cleaned Jay's hands and face with a wet cloth like he did every single day for 5 days now.
The same ritual went on on repeat.
By day 6, keifer's body gave up and he collapsed on his bed besides jay due to exhaustion and hunger. Everyone rushed to his side, shouting his name and called a doctor.
On the plus side to keifer being unconscious was that Jay's machine started beeping rapidly. Everyone froze and then called another doctor. He came and examined Jay.
Aries: what happened doctor? Is she waking up?
Doctor: this is unusual. So according to u all, she reacted this way after Mr. Watson fell unconscious, am I right?
Kuya angelo: yes doctor.
Doctor( smiling ): it seems like she sensed it somehow and then showed some movements. If she keeps this up, she'll wake up soon.
Aries: really😃
Doctor: yes. Keep on talking to her, be with her as much as u can especially mr. Watson when he wakes up and she'll be back in no time.
The doctor left after saying that and everyone cheered like crazy. They all went near Jay's bed and started telling her happy stories. She showed some almost unnoticeable movements but it was enough to give everyone hope again.
When keifer woke up, ci-n told him everything that happened after he passed out. After hearing that keifer looked to his side at jay. He sat up and took Jay's hand in his and kissed her forehead, smiling through his tears.
Keifer: I knew u would come to me soon jay. Wake up soon ok. everyone's waiting for u. I'm waiting for u my queen. Wake up and I'll buy u every single food in this world. I'll take u to ur dream country. I'll grant u ur every wish. Just wake up my mutya. Come to me jay.
She moved her fingers slightly. Eyelashes fluttered a bit. Everyone were in full on sob mode now. They cheered and hugged each other in happiness.
" come on mutya. U can do it "
She only showed small movements but that was enough for now.
The day went by as usual but with some renewed hope in everyone's heart this time.
Keifer finally slept that night with warmth and happiness filled in his heart.
Keifer: U remember when u came to my house with percy after knowing the plan. U asked me if I loved u even a little and I said no. The truth is I wanted to scream how much I loved u, I wanted to run to u and hug u so tightly and never let go. U remember when I told u to wait for me in that restaurant and on ci-n's birthday. U waited for me, for my explanation, even when u wanted to move on u still waited for me, u still loved me even after I hurt u so much. So I'll wait for u too jay, always. Come back quickly. Come back as my jay. Don't u dare let the darkness win. Don't u dare forget about me or anyone else. U r strong jay, Ik u can fight ur way back to me. Come back to me jay. I love u jay, until scientists find the end of the universe.
He kissed her forehead one last time before falling asleep.
On the 7th day, keifer woke up early before anyone else. He took Jay's hand and kissed the back of it. Then he kissed her forehead, her cheek and then finally her lips.
Keifer: good morning wifey.
His eyes fell on the necklace around her neck. He ran his hand through the words mutya written on it. The machine's beeping quickened.
He instantly called the doctor. Everyone else rushed in after hearing the commotion as well.
Doctor: she's showing more signs. Keep talking to her. She might be able to wake up soon.
Keifer( smiling ): u can sense my touch, can't u wifey.
He took her hand and put it on the necklace.
Keifer: u feel that Jay. That's the necklace I gave u. It's not just any necklace, is it jay. It's a proof of our love. If u love me then u will wake up jay.
The machine's beeping quickened again. Her hands moved. Eyes fluttered a bit.
Doctor: she's responding. Keep talking to her.
Ci-n: come on jay. I'll treat u to all the ice cream and snacks u want.
Tito jaspher: I'll show u all around New York.
Kit: I'll give u all the yogorino u want, free of charge.
Eman: I'll make ur favourite dishes including dessert.
Keifer: I'll take u to ur favourite all u can eat buffet. I'll make u ur favourite pasta and garlic bread. I'll buy u whatever u want,I'll grant ur every wish.
She moved a bit more.
" wake up jay "
Keifer: wake up mrs. Watson. I love u, until scientists find the end of the universe.
Her eyes slowly fluttered open.
Jay( almost inaudible): keifer.... U all better keep ur promises.
The room fell silent before bursting into screams and cheers.
Everyone shed happy tears.
Keifer( smiling ): yes my queen. It's me. Keifer. Ur keifer.
He said and then kissed her hand, forehead, cheek and lastly pulled her into a long kiss on her lips and this time she kissed him back, weakly but surely. Then he hugged her tightly.

( I don't know why I got elemental vibes while writing day 6 and 7 like literally in the movie, everyone including ember and her parents try to bring back wade and the same happens here when everyone including keifer try to wake up jay. Is it just me or did u all feel the same way🤨
Also, how were my surprises guys😁 U got the f4 reunion, u got jay waking up from coma, u got percy and tito jaspher back, u got some sweet and emotional memories, u got keifer's caring and loving side and a little angry side too and obviously it wouldn't be complete without a bit of chaos😝.
