Yumud was frozen by the concept of temperature, Primallona.
"I guess that even a concept who recently became a core concept can have weaklings as subordinates."
Bragged Primallona.
In spite of the insults hurled at her, Yumud did not react, preparing herself for something.
"So now you are not even responding... Am I that insignificant, you incompetent concept?"
"You said it yourself, you are very much insignificant to me."
A huge arm of water grabbed Primallona, making sure to squeeze her as much as possible.
gurgle...
'How are is she moving? I thought for sure she was not capable of doing anything. Where did i mess up?' were the thoughts Primallona had while being pressed by the water pressure.
Primallona heat up her surroundings turning the water hand into vapor. But that was a second to late, as she was hit by the ice body Yumud had been turned to.
Blegh
Primallona's body, now red, had spit out mercury mixed with alcohol.
Yumud dodged, but the liquid followed. She then decided to shoot water towards both the mercury and Primallona.

The alcohol around the mercury was lit and when it made contact with the water, both substances disappeared.
The water that hit Primallona evaporated on contact.
Yumud saw this and quickly understood, she had to understand herself better, she had to grasp the full potential of her abilities, she just had to...
'I can't lose here. Everyone else is doing their best and fighting to the fullest of their potential. I just have to understand my opponent better...'
What is temperature?
Temperature is the measure for how hot or cold something is. It comes in various different scales: Fahrenheit, Celsius, Kelvin and Rankine. The lowest possible temperature is called the "Absolute Zero[1]" while the highest possible temperature is the "Planck Temperature[2]".
We commonly associate different temperatures with different personalities or emotions. Hotter temperatures are usually associated with anger and general hot-headedness, while cold is usually used to describe someone who feels distant.
Yumud was deep in thought. Throughout her many years as a constant concept, she had never faced such a bad matchup. She knew how Primallona's powers worked but could not find a viable way to make the wall known as the concept of Temperature crumble down.
Her mind was as calm as the bottom of a lake. It was dark, but she knew it was not darker than what she'd seen in the past.
Back when Yumud was still a young concept, she used to look up and see the vast space, the beauty of light. But even back then, not everything was great.
When she first appeared, she had been nothing but hydrogen floating in the universe. she then landed on various places, the huge rocks that we now know as planets.
Water had managed to exist when these planets were filled with volcanoes, and eventually either freeze when the planet cooled down or exist in liquid state we all know and need.
One day, the planet we call home turned blue, and life soon sprouted from nowhere else but the oceans.
With the newfound life, Yumud coexisted with these new concepts in three different states: Water, water vapor and ice.
Yumud slowly opened her eyes.
'So I am ice and water vapor. I should be able to control them. No! I have to be able to do it!'
"Water sphere"
"Huh?"
Multiple spheres of water travelled towards Primallona. Before even touching her they had already evaporated. But something still hit her.
"Wh-what did you do?"
"I am Yumud, and I am the concept of water, be it in the form of ice, water of water vapor."
"I see... Interesting."
A slight smirk could be seen in Primallona's face.
Primallona sent a wave of heat which collided with a water shield made by Yumud.
It was a beautiful scene. Water flew in different directions and a lot of it turned into vapor.
"You are better than I thought, Yumud. I'll give you that."
"You're not half bad either."
Yumud sent forth water in the shape of the loch ness monster, with ice almost working as a sort of makeshift armor.
"Counter this!"
"Do not underestimate me."
Nessie charged forward and tried to headbutt Primallona, who just used so much heat to form armor that it could be seen with the naked eye from far away, and the heat could be felt from even further away.
Nessies body mostly evaporated, leaving a mist that made it hard for Primallona to see.
"Heat blast"
The heat blast penetrated through the fog, but it was just a distraction. Yumud's eyes shone from behind Primallona. The concept of water had finally found an opening and went for it.
"Vortex"
A whirlpool appeared under Primallona and she was soon thrown into it by her opponent.
She was being pulled closer to the center.
"Absolute Zero"
Primallona turned blue, a blue so chilling that it feels cold to see.
The water froze instantly, even moving water was now fully frozen.
"Yumud, I was hoping not to have to use this technique. Be honored to be the on to lose to it."
"Who do you think is the one who will lose!"

The ice was being transformed according to Yumud's will. It formed ice sharks, ice seagulls, ice dolphins and many species of ice fish, all of them could pass as being sculpted by the best sculptors.
And then...
It rained...
The sculptures of sea animals swan in the rain almost like the actual animals would swim in the ocean, while the seagulls flied.
Chomp
The different fish tried to distract Primallona, ile the seagulls attacked from above. Though the numbers where high, the concept of temperature was no slouch either and as holding her own against the massive army.
Or so it was...
Until the dolphins headbutted her and the sharks bit her.
"I, Primallona, the concept of temperature, concede defeat."
"Are you telling the truth?"
"Indeed, I cannot beat you in this current state of mine. You truly were superior in every way."
Said Primallona as she fainted and fell to the ground.
Yumud picked her up and took her to the side of the battlefield.
Then, she herself decided to rest for a while.
