She looked to the stars, taking a deep breath in, and out, she looked towards the woods, through the gates, she was once again blamed for something she didn't do, her husband taking her sister side, her mother scolding her, taking the side of the daughter she wished she only had, her brother-in-law in the back watching it all, as punishment, her husband forced her to stay outside in the cold, she could feel his eyes on her. She could feel the smirk on her sister's face, from behind her, up in the castle, sighing, with a soft smile, she walked around and picked up a dagger, a dirty rag, an empty bottle, a rope, and some small box, she turned and stared right at all three of them, her mother, husband and sister, she pointed at her sister, smiled, then showed her hands, that were stained blue, while her sister held an ice pack to the red print on her face, her eyes widened, she watched as her father snatched the ice pack away, and looked at her face, her husband his mouth agape, he turned and looked at his smiling wife, she blew him a kiss then turned and backed up and jumped over the gate.
She ran and ran through the woods, like she had a mission, immediately her mother rushed away, yelling about how the princess is trying to escape , her husband jumped from the window, the look on his face….changed and over the gate chasing after her, yelling for his soldiers to follow his wife, to catch her, and bring her back, while he ran….the opposite way? "Rosealina!!" her mother shouted, standing in front of the gates, her mother wasn't upset at her other daughter, she was mad that Rosealina embarrassed, and exposed her angel in front of her father, and others, Rosie knew if she was caught, while her husband would mutter an apology, once the doors were closed her mother would scold her, blame her, and try to punish her, but not too much because it is because of Rosealina that her mother and sister and father can step foot in the royal castle, otherwise if she is gone, they will be punished for it and they know that so while her mother is mad, and her sister is pouty, and jealous, they are currently scared, if they can't get Rosealina back…..
Mother looked at her daughter Rena, both pale, and worried, Rena looking like she might cry, her mother shaking, as she clenched her dress, father, he didn't seem worried, he watched as his son-in-law ran out to the woods, he watched the shadow of Rosealina running farther and farther away, then calmly turned around, went to his room, and packed a bag, he bid goodbye to everyone as he walked out of the castle, he hopped in the carriage that he booked, not any emotion as he left, he glanced at his wife, and Rena as they panicked looking in the woods, not noticing him leaving.
Rosealina took the dagger, grabbed a hold of her long, shiny beautiful blond hair that reached her lower back, and cut it to her shoulder, , she removed and threw down the ring her husband gave her, the earrings her mother gave her, the bracelets she and Rena made in a time when they were close sisters, when they loved each other, when Rena saw her as the best youngest sister, she placed a gold ring her her ring finger, and a necklace inside a photo of her and her father when she was a child, Rosealina looked to her side, and smiled as she saw a carriage riding at the same speed as her, in the back smiling at her, waving was her father, she took the hem of her dress, and ripped it off, revealing a pair of men's pants fitted to her size, "ROSEALINA!!" her mother-in-law shouted, sounding like a beast leading the soldiers through the woods, Rosealina laughed as she saw who was driving the carriage her father was in.
There was light, she heard the sounds of the train coming up, sos she speed up, she ran faster than she ever had, it seemed like time slowed down, as the train came up, as her father in the carriage sped up, just as she came into the sight of her mother-in-law, she crossed the tracks as the train passed, "NO!!" her mother- in, no…her aunt shouted. The train was long, it was bringing new travelers, and items to be bought, so it wasn't ending any time soon.
She smiled as her father stepped out of the carriage, she smiled as as Max , her brother in law, stepped from the driver seat, throwing away the dirty rag he used to hide, his long hair short, and dark, instead of the long, and light brown color it was at the castle, behind them clapping, was her husband, no…her cousin, he smiled, as he tossed a bag to her, and a sword to his step-brother, Max walked up to Jake, Jake smiled at him, nodding he closed his eyes, Max took a deep breath before hitting him with the bottom of the sword, Jake looked to Rosealina, she nodded, and slowly walked towards him, she took the dagger and stabbed him in his side, he muffled his groan in pain.
He took her hand, helping her into the new carriage he prepared, she hugged and kissed her father goodbye, she waved at her half-siblings, and step-mother, she watched as her father drove away, smiling, she turned back, only to be kissed by Max, she embraced him, he placed his hand on her waist as he deepened the kiss, Jake cleared his throat, with a chuckle, Max rolled his eyes, as he sat in the driver seat, Rosealina looked at Jake, "Take care" she said, planting a peck on his cheek, he nodded and smiled, patting the butt of the horse he waved as they took off into the night.
Jake was her cousin, but he raised her when her father was away, she saw him as her brother, and he saw her as his little sister, Max meet her later in life, when Jake's father took him in for saving his life, as Rosealina grew she became more and more beautiful, which her mother and aunt hated, her mother pinned Rena against Rose asking why was the youngest sibling doing better, and moved loved than the oldest, hearing he'd have to wed Rosalina just for the titled of having a beautiful wife, Jake's mother made it seem like it was her asking, Jake was harsh towards Rosalina,until Max snapped at first cursing his brother for how he treated Rosealina, before telling him the truth, Jake felt bad for how he acted and asked how to fix, it to which Rosalina who was spending the night in Max's room told him what was gonna happened to him, and her if they carried on with the marriage, causing Jake to agree to help them, Rosealina had always told her father how she'd felt so he already knew what was happening when he saw how slow Jake was running, even though he could've caught Rosalina in mere minutes, her father had fellen out of love with his wife, and daughter after seeing what she was doing, and started an affair with his old flame, having children, Rosalina knew about, it was true that if anything happened to Rosalina, the family, her mother, sister, and father would be punished, and thrown out of the castle.
When Aunt returned without Rosaloina, and news that Max was also gone, she flew into a rage, and tried to kill Rena, and her mother herself, causing her to be arrested as she wasn't in any power to do that, all three of them were punished, Rena marrying an old man at death's door, who wanted children, her mother and aunt a maid to Jake for the rest of their lives, free only if someone could find, and bring Roalina back, not knowing Jakes leaves every three weeks to go see his brother, Rosalina, and his twin nephews.
