Chapter 30 - Chapter 29: Pioneer Technology's Small Actions

This was the scale of the Heavenly Beast Star, Farao, an artifact used to weigh the good and evil in human hearts. However, the Heavenly Beast Star himself had not yet awakened. Aaron's purpose in bringing the scale out was simply to intimidate the man in front of him.

Swoosh!

Aaron raised his hand. Tony instantly felt a tightness in his chest, and then saw a bright red heart floating in the air before Aaron's eyes. The heart was placed on one side of the scale, and on the other side was a pure white feather.

Aaron had no intention of actually taking Tony's life. He simply took the feather from the scale and replaced it with the painting.

"Go!"

With a word, the painting and Tony's heart were placed on opposite sides of the scale.

"If your heart is lighter than my painting, you can go to Hell..."

"But if my painting is lighter than your heart, you're still going to die..."

The moment Aaron spoke, Tony already felt he had seen his own death. Why did I have to come here and cause trouble? Why be curious? Curiosity truly kills the cat!

From a logical standpoint, a human heart would obviously be heavier than a painting. But at that moment, the scale remained perfectly balanced.

It was strange. The heart and the scroll maintained an impossible equilibrium. Even Aaron, who was controlling the scale, found it interesting.

"This thing can do that?" he thought. This man is no longer the Iron Man who saved the world; he's just a simple playboy. Could it be that such a person was still useful?

But a promise was a promise. If he said it, he had to follow through. Tony couldn't die right now.

"Forget it, since your life is so valuable, I don't want it. You can go. This painting is yours."

With a wave of his hand, Tony disappeared from the studio.

"Master Aaron, you're just going to let him go?"

After Tony left, Dalamandis appeared in the studio.

Aaron's lips curved into a slight smile. "This person is a catalyst who can stir up all the interesting things around him. So, let's leave him alone for now."

"But..."

At that moment, a figure slowly emerged from the shadows on the wall. "Master Hades, your subordinate failed and was defeated in a battle!"

"Heavenly Eagle Star?" Dalamandis became furious when he saw the Specter's Surplice on the man. "You dare to consume my master's cosmic energy! You are a disgrace!"

Dalamandis was about to kick Luni, but Aaron stopped him.

"What happened?"

Luni, oppressed by Aaron's cold voice, found it difficult to breathe. He dared not look up, for fear of meeting his master's icy gaze.

"Master Hades, the phantoms in the Arctic glaciers are growing more powerful. Some of the demons have even surpassed my strength!"

"Hmm?"

Surpassed a member of the Underworld Army?

Aaron knew that the abilities of his Specters were a bit uneven. This was why Hypnos looked down on them. But they were still on par with the superheroes of this world. As a deputy to one of the three commanders, Luni of the Heavenly Eagle Star was not weak. He had been resurrected for some time and had already mastered the energy of his Surplice, reaching at least a Sixth Sense level. The three commanders themselves were at the Seventh Sense level.

If the Heavenly Eagle Star was defeated, it meant that a more powerful demon had emerged.

"Dalamandis, go to the Arctic glaciers in Luni's place. Find those phantoms and, if possible, discover who their masters are."

"But, Master, who will protect you?" Dalamandis asked.

Aaron waved his hand and looked at Luni. "You don't need to go. I have a task for you."

"Yes, my lord."

Aaron nodded. "Go find something called the Book of the Red Skull. I'm very interested in the eight artifacts it mentions."

"Yes, Lord Hades!" Luni replied before disappearing.

Dalamandis looked at Aaron in confusion. "Master, why did you send me to the glacier? You have no one to protect you!"

"Just go. Another Specter will arrive soon. Besides, the person watching me is already planning to make a move."

Aaron smiled.

Pioneer Technology

Mordok, who had recently contacted the leaders of several HYDRA branches, was waiting for the latest news in his office. At that moment, several people in yellow protective suits appeared before him.

"How is the mission progressing?" Mordok asked indifferently.

"Boss, we've found the tomb of the legendary mutant, but there are people watching it nearby. Should we proceed with the excavation?"

"Go ahead," Mordok said.
