Usage Rules

Every word must contain at least one of H, G, or J.

Traditional vowels (A, E, I, O, U) are omitted in native Serkreyol words.

Words are short, breathy, and emotionally marked through letter form.

Note: Non-natives may use traditional vowels for clarity. This is called slipping the soft breath.

Numbers are represented using symbolic fang marks and thread lines. These are cultural, often drawn with venom ink.

1–9:1 — ⸸ (single fang) — beginning2 — ⸶ (paired fangs) — duality, bond3 — ꕔ (triple bite) — braid/thread4 — 𐔧 (grounded fang) — stability5 — 𓄿 (hooked fang) — change6 — ⴲ (split jaw) — growth7 — ⴳ (crooked fang) — error/lesson8 — ꗯ (looped bite) — return9 — ꔷ (dripping fang) — near-death10 — ◈ (crowned fang) — cycle
