Kisaragi Rin thought for a moment. According to the description of [Talent - Singularity Eye], it can integrate all [Eye]-type Skills and awaken a greater power at a certain moment.

To give the simplest example.

Naturally, no one wants such a flimsy Occupation. Higher tiers of the same type include similar Occupations with vastly different levels of power, such as [Special Forces], [Military General], [War Commander], and [Five-Star General].
Based on the description, Kisaragi Rin felt that the Occupation book in his hand shouldn't be called a generic Occupation like [Captain]; a name like [Pirate King] would be more fitting.
However... considering certain aspects... calling it [Captain] seems fine too.

There's nothing much to say about the Lv5 Special Effect [Twin Eyes]. Kisaragi Rin bought some materials to turn this single-target damage Skill into one that can hit two enemies simultaneously.
As for the Lv10 Special Effect [Tail-Devourer], its creation was due to Kisaragi Rin directly merging the Ability Seed [Tail-Devourer] dropped by Yuusuke into [Evil Gaze of the Abyss] as material.
Since activating [Evil Gaze of the Abyss] first requires establishing contact with an Evil God, and the usage requirement is difficult to meet in most worlds, Kisaragi Rin recalled the Evil God [Tail-Devourer] whom he had met once.
So he merged that Ability Seed.
