Rosie was in her room and the butler came to find her and relayed the message to her.
She was mad to the core.
In a space of twenty four hours he had tried killing her twice and he had the guts to ask her to prepare him a meal.
No matter how angry she is, she had no will of her own.
When it was few hours close to his coming back, she went to the kitchen and started prepping.
In a blink of an eye, she went full cooking mood. She is happy to cook but she wasn't happy cooking for him.
When she was done cooking, she saw him walk upstairs, she plated and dished it out while she waited for him to come downstairs after he was done freshening up.
He was done showering when he came downstairs and joined Rosie at dinning table.
The butler cleared up the table when they were done eating, while Rosie remained sitted, waiting for him to stand up before she leaves the dining table.
"I'm starving"
"Sorry? Um.. Okay I heard what you said but you just finished eating".
"No I'm starving"
In an instant Rosie understood what he was saying. Oh! that's what he is saying.
"Oh no..no, why don't we just take a break. I am recovering from the bruises and you also got injured why don't we just recover".
Immediately she was done saying that, she ran as fast as her legs could carry her to her room and locked the door.
She was in no mood and she was not going to let him have his way.
King laughed at her naive stupidity.
Of course he is the owner of this house, locking her door wouldn't stop him, he would still open it with the spare keys.
He went to his room, got the spare keys and unlocked her door.
He opened the door to seeing her curled up in a corner.
She knew he had spare keys and he would definitely use it.
"Please my bones are in pains and I am bruised, can't we do this some other time please".
King wasn't the one to consider other people's emotions or feelings he always get what he wants.
He walked up to her, carried her in a princess style and threw her to the bed, had her untill he was satisfied.

Two days went in a blink of an eye.
Ann was In her room, she just woke up and was trying to doze off again when she heard her phone chime.
She quickly opened her eyes, took her phone, checked her email notification and behold she saw a congratulatory message informing her that she has been hired and would start work on Monday.
She was more than excited for an actual work, aside from the dark and dirty work she normally does.
On the other side, today is Rosie's birthday, she made sure not to tell anybody.
She did her little prayers hoping that she would get saved from these piece of hell.
As she was about to stand up to go brush her teeth, the door was rudely opened and of course if it's not King who else?
"Good morning darling, I heard today is your birthday. He said with a smiling face that got Rosie creeped out".
"How did you get to know that it's my..... no, don't answer that question".
"Since its your birthday, why don't you make a wish and I will grant it".
"It is of no use, you will never do it anyways".
"Why don't you try me?"
"Okay". Rosie decided to try her luck.
"I want to go to school, Is that possible?"
"It is possible".
"Really?..I'm sorry.. sorry.
She was trying to get used to not doubting or asking him questions when he says something.
"Okay this is how it's going to be, I have an entertainment company, that admit fifty students per year. I'll help you get in.
It's just one year of intensive learning and then you graduate from the acting school, they only choose ten best talents to further their career and everything".
"I would help you get in there, you will live in the school, have access and freedom but you must promise me three things".
Ok?
"I don't want you ever meeting your parents, the day you do so, I will kill you and all of your existing bloodline. Secondly You do not dare go out with your opposite gender or make friends from the opposite gender, talk more of having a boyfriend. Lastly, I get a spare key of your lodge, so I can come in and go out whenever It pleases me".
She heard all he said, the whole condition was hectic and too much for her.
At this point she's willing to do anything to leave this house and also pursue her career.
"yes, yes, I'm going to do everything"
"Then we have a deal. I'll have my assistant do everything for you. Whenever it's ready I'll let you know".
"Thank you thank you I really do appreciate". Rosie got overly excited and hugged him, when she realized what she did she quickly removed her hand from his shoulders but it was late.
King put his hand on her waist and pulled her to his embrace.
"Like I said before I don't take verbal appreciation, why don't you do something for me.
Rosie knew that he was a dog and he always takes every opportunity he gets to punish her.
She let him have his way as long as she's getting her freedom, well semi-fedom.
After he was done satisfying his hunger, he dressed up and when he got to the door he turned towards her.
"Get ready I will pick you up by seven". He left without letting her respond to his proposal.
Rosie was excited and nervous at the same time.
She picked up her dressed, made her hair, she knew nothing about make up, she just wore lipstick and lined her eyes and wore some accessories.
She went downstairs to King waiting for her. They drove to this luxurious five star restaurant. It's scenery was magnificent and unreal. Rosie really appreciated The view, she really would just stay here instead of going back to that house.
King already booked a room prior to now, they just went straight to the room.
They ordered their food, King signaled the waitress to get the cake.
Rosie was speechless when she saw the waitress carrying a cake
"Happy birthday".
Thanks. Rosie was shocked that he had it in him to surprise her.
She loves cake more than anything in this life, any flavor, just give her cake and she will be excited.
Rosie left all the foods and concentrated on the cake, she loves it. It was creamy, mouth watering, mouth melting and the best.
"Thank you so much I really do appreciate".
They had a very great dinner and it's time to go home.
Rosie pleaded with him to let them go to the beach side for a while, she wanted to take a breather.
It's been a long time she's been outside so she is just taking it in.
King accepted her request which was weird to Rosie, at least she got to go to the beach.
When she got to the beach she was so happy to be there.
The wind, the air, the fresh water smell. Everything about the beach screamed freedom, non toxicity and a sense of belonging.
She stood for a while before sitting down on the sands and just watching the water and feeling the air.
King was just standing behind her, for some reason something tugged in his hearts.
He has never felt it before but it just felt like there was a hole in his heart that needed to be filled up and there's just this thing in his hearts tugging him.
He couldn't figure what this feeling was.
After a while, she was done and the went home.
It was Monday morning, Ann dressed up In a professional attire, packed her hair in a bun style and voila! She was dressed for work.
She flagged down a taxi to work. When she got there, she realized that she was too early, she came around 7:30 am, maybe it's just first day jitters or that she is excited to have a natural work.
When she got there, the gate man let her in. She was just roaming around and was just trying to figure out her surroundings.
She turned and was shocked to see someone standing in front of her.
"Good morning sir"
You are early?"
"Um I'm just a little too excited I'm sorry".
"Well, the excitement will die down when the workloads gets heavy, just enjoy the moment while it last".
Mathew went straight to the elevator, pressed the highest number to get him to the highest floor.
Everybody knows Matthew is a workaholic, he is always punctual, always working.
Sometimes he sleeps in his office and sometimes he just goes home late and come very early the next day.
Imagine the surprise on his face, when he saw somebody come earlier than him.
