Chapter 15 - Chapter 15: Autographs for Future Fans

The atmosphere at the dining table made Nangong Yu feel a bit constrained. He sat upright in his seat, holding a cup of hot tea, taking sips intermittently.

When he met up with Seele and the others just now, he was truly startled. He never expected that even though the world was different, these people would still gather and become friends again.

Perhaps this was fate's arrangement, he sighed inwardly.

Moreover, Kiana and Sirin had actually become true sisters, which was truly wondrous.

However, he didn't know why, but these sisters seemed to have developed a strangely strong interest in him. From the moment they met and introduced themselves, they started asking him questions about everything, and even at the restaurant, their small mouths full of questions hadn't stopped. By now, they were close to asking about where he was born, starting from his high school life. If they kept asking, he felt like his entire ancestry would be thoroughly investigated.

Dealing with these questions had exhausted him, burning up quite a few brain cells.

"Alright, alright, Kiana, don't go too far. Since we've met, we're all friends, and there will be plenty of time in the future, no need to rush."

Seeing Nangong Yu's increasingly troubled expression, Mei quickly pulled Kiana and Sirin to smooth things over.

Since Mei had spoken, Kiana and Sirin could only pout, stopping their mouths somewhat reluctantly. This finally allowed Nangong Yu to let out a sigh of relief. He immediately looked at Seele with a resentful gaze, the same look Seele had given Bronya earlier.

Seele's eyes darted around, not daring to make eye contact with the Brother she had tricked. Bronya was even more of a spectator; not only did she not help just now, she even added fuel to the fire.

"We've already ordered from the menu earlier, Mr. Nangong, please see if it suits your taste and if you have any dietary restrictions. Please don't be shy, feel free to say so."

After suppressing Kiana and Sirin, Mei smiled and handed him the menu.

"No problem, my taste is similar to Seele and Bronya's. Also, you don't need to be so formal when addressing me. Since you're Seele and Bronya's friend, I'll just call you Mei, and you can call me Yu, or A Yu. No need for 'Mr.' or anything like that, it sounds awkward."

He quickly glanced at it, felt there were no issues, and handed the menu back. His tone was gentle, and he was quite grateful to Mei for helping him out just now.

"That's right, that's right, we're all friends. Mei, you're the one who's being the most formal~"

Kiana, being naturally friendly, patted Nangong Yu's shoulder and said to Mei with a simple smile.

"Is that so? Then it seems it's my problem. In that case, I'll call you Yu."

"Okay, Mei."

In Far East, only people with particularly close relationships call each other by their first names. However, Mei clearly knew that among everyone at this large table, only she was a native of Far East. The others didn't place much importance on calling each other by their first names, so she didn't mind it either.

"What about me, what about me~"

Seeing Nangong Yu address Mei, Kiana immediately pointed to herself excitedly.

"Kiana."

"Hey~ A Yu, hello~"

Calling her name seemed to make her very happy, and Kiana replied with a cheerful smile.

Seeing this, Sirin was also eager to move.

"Cough cough."

She first coughed twice to attract everyone's attention, and then glanced at Nangong Yu with her small eyes. Her bright purple hair swayed back and forth, sparkling under the light.

"If you call my name too, I can give you my autograph~"

"Sirin?"

"Uh-huh~"

Hearing that she wasn't left out, Sirin nodded in satisfaction, then took out paper and pen from her handbag and very skillfully wrote a string of cute fancy script on the cardboard.

"Well, the autograph is not necessary, there's no need to be so troublesome."

Not quite understanding Sirin's actions, Nangong Yu said with some confusion.

Snap.

Sirin's writing hand paused. She looked up with a confused face and said to Nangong Yu in disbelief, "You don't know me?"

"?"

Nangong Yu was even more confused. He looked at the circle of suddenly wide eyes and pricked ears around him, and responded in a rather tactful tone, "Well, this sentence might be a bit offensive, Sirin, why do you think I would know you?"

"....."

"Pfft hahahahahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!"

Silence enveloped the room, and then, Kiana was the first to burst into laughter, laughing out loud.

Just then, Sirin's originally fair and cute little face instantly turned red. Her hands trembled, tears welled up in her eyes, and she looked at him with shame and anger.

Then, Mei, Bronya, and Seele, one after another, couldn't help but laugh, but no one was as unrestrained as Kiana.

"Well, did I say something wrong?"

Even someone with low emotional intelligence should understand that what they said before was problematic when they see this scene, but he really didn't know Sirin. He couldn't possibly say that he knew her in his previous life, right?

"Since you feel offended, then just shut up ah ah ah ah!!"

Sirin immediately covered her flushed face. She felt like she had no face to see anyone.

"Hahahahaha, it's, it's okay, it's just that a certain arrogant and conceited guy finally got a lesson."

Kiana supported his shoulder with one hand, laughing so hard she couldn't straighten up. As expected of blood sisters, she was the first to come and mock him.

"Brother, Brother, let Seele explain it to you."

Seele also laughed for a while, but when she saw Brother's confused look, she immediately couldn't help but say, "Sirin is a very famous game streamer. She has millions of fans on Destiny's live streaming software. So, when Sirin knew that Brother makes games, she subconsciously thought that Brother would know her~"

"Waaah, Seele, stop talking."

The more she talked, the more Sirin wanted to dig a hole and crawl into it.

Nangong Yu quickly understood Seele's meaning and immediately looked at Sirin and said apologetically, "Sorry, sorry, I rarely watch live streams, so I don't know much about this aspect."

Normally, besides watching Aili's live stream, he either spends time with Seele or makes games. He basically has no free time. To learn about the latest game content, it's better to experience it himself than to watch a streamer.

The little girl was used to smooth sailing. Being so embarrassed in front of her friends at once, she was probably about to become withdrawn. Seeing this, Nangong Yu felt both amused and a little unbearable, so he moved closer to Sirin.

"So, Sirin, do you mind giving this autograph to your future fan?"

He reached out and picked up the autograph that Sirin had just left on the table, looked at her, and said with a smile.

"Huh?"

The sudden turn of events made Sirin look up blankly. Her red eyes were still filled with confusion, as if she hadn't understood Nangong Yu's words for a moment.

Her ink-like pupils were reflected in Sirin's eyes, with no trace of mockery, only the gentle warmth of rippling water.

Soon, Sirin suddenly turned around, as if she didn't dare to meet Nangong Yu's gaze again, and said with some stuttering, "S-since you've said so, I'll give it to you. A-after all, it's for a fan..."

"Hiss~"

At this moment, Kiana suddenly took a deep breath. She clasped her hands together and seriously bowed to Nangong Yu.

"Master Yu!"

"?"

"Master, please teach me how to chase girls!"

"???"
