"You think the story Frankenstein is based off life alchemy?" I asked as we were weaving the legs of a cat onto the body of a monkey.
"Albus once asked me that very same question." he said with a chuckle.
"It's a good question. In that story Frankenstein stitched the parts of various corpses together before bringing the final product to life with lightning. Awfully similar to what we are doing now isn't it?" I said seriously.
He nodded "Indeed it is quite similar. I can not say for certain that that book was written with knowledge of this field or if the muggle that wrote it just got close. It is not the first time muggles have gotten close to understanding what should be magical knowledge by pure accident. Wasn't the final either." he answered honestly.
I nodded in acceptance and flinched slightly mid muscle connection as the system finished it's integration and update.

Flammel frowned "Are you alright? You usually have steady hands." he asked concerned.
"I'm fine. Just had a sudden ache in my bad eye, it happens occasionally." I lied.
"I understand. Please feel free to rest for the remainder of the day, learning this while distracted causes problems as you can see." he said kindly while pointing out the snapped muscles from my flinch.
"Thank you and sorry for the waste." I say genuinely apologetic.
I went over to the wash basin and thoroughly cleaned my hands and arms after stripping off the leather splash apron and gloves that were bloody. Most of the messy stuff got stopped by those but Flammel was nothing if not thorough about his alchemy and insisted on thorough cleansing after each operation.-
Once I was done I used a Scourgify spell on myself for just in case purposes and then headed for my room. When I eventually shut the door behind me and sat on the bed I wasted no time at all looking over the system screen.

Everything was in order with only two new additions on the screen. -
The first was the Subsidiary system tag that was fairly self explanatory. Basically across the vast multiverse there were other systems at play. This tag was merely a way to keep track of the ones I myself have already integrated into my system. It was quite detailed too as it told me which fragments of the system in Isabelle's world I was missing. The real prize change however was the Bazaar status tag. It didn't take a genius to understand what this was about. Whether it was because I had started the integration of another system or a specific consequence of the fragment I used I don't know but my system had developed a bazaar function now.-
Why this was important was because of what a bazaar was. It was a space where people went to put up items for trade and customers could walk through to see if anything caught their fancy. I carefully looked through the rules of the bazaar and had to admit it was well implemented. Basically any of my contacts could send in representatives to the bazaar to either man a stall with their offered products or shop for items from other stalls. All items were appraised by the system and a tag with it's estimated worth appeared on the items in the system coin currency.-
This was where things got a bit tricky. A customer or seller could either choose to offer items worth a similar amount of coins or directly trade the items with the seller. Items could also be directly liquidated through the system in exchange for the items coin value. A flat five percent skimmed off the top for me as the go between for this transaction added in of course. That item became available for my own purchase in the system shop at cost rather than marked up.-
From there those newly acquired coins could be used for exactly three functions. Directly purchasing items on sale for their price. Buying travelers permits from the sellers for their worlds. And finally as an entrance fee for each subsequent entry into the bazaar with a flat fee of ten coins per entry. The first entry is always free but after that the fee is mandatory to enter the bazaar unless on a return trip from a foreign world. The true value of this bazaar was not just this though but rather that it served as the hub for cross world trading where I and my contacts profit the most as the key linchpins.
