After going to the hospital, Zyric got himself scanned properly and received a full-body scan. Everything was normal in the scanning report. Zyric had simply generated a Fuzan Vault, and no stone was found in his body.
"So, it means that stone became the Fuzan Vault. Yes, that must be it. Anyway, that's good. At least I'm rid of that stone," Zyric thought to himself.
Carrying a stone inside the body and carrying a Fuzan Vault were two different things. Because of this, Zyric now appeared normal. Earlier, Zyric had been panicked that there would be a stone in his chest, but now he looked normal.
"By the way, Zyric, you have a beast too. Where is it?" As Diana said this, Zyric called Fat Insect from behind so she couldn't see it coming out of Zyric's Fuzan Vault.
"Yes, here it is. You can keep it in your Fuzan Vault too. Take it in your hand, and it will go into your Fuzan Vault." After saying this, Diana placed the beast on Zyric's hand and made him hold the Fuzan Vault Device. As soon as she made Zyric press the button on the Fuzan Vault Device, the Fat Insect disappeared.
"Where... what...?" Zyric said, pretending to be unaware.
"Here, take this device. With this, you can call out any of your beasts," Diana said to Zyric.
When Zyric took the device, a 3D image of the Fat Insect started appearing, but it was a bit blurry, and there was no information showing on the device about the Fat Insect.
"Strange. The beast you have has no information. It's odd, but no problem. Some beasts are rare or very reclusive; perhaps this is one of them. Very good, hmm." After saying this, Diana made Zyric press the button on the Fuzan Vault Device from his hand, and the Fat Insect appeared in front of Zyric.
"See, that's easy. You can call out the beast by pressing this button. And with that, now you have a beast too," Diana said, hugging Zyric.
Zyric looked at the Fat Insect, which was throwing a useless tantrum. Its head was spinning from being moved in and out of the Fuzan Vault.
"From now on, you'll live with me--in my flat, understand? And there's no need for any job," Diana said to Zyric.
"Okay, okay," Zyric said to Diana.
Eventually, Zyric bought some new things and went to the apartment where Diana lived. The rooms there were amazing. There were around four or five rooms there. Zyric selected a nice room for himself.
Zyric was very happy seeing such a good room. He had long desired to sleep in so nice a room. He had not slept well in quite a long time.. So, Zyric slept all day. At 9 PM, his sister woke him, and they dined together.
And after dinner, as Zyric was walking away when Diana said, "Wait," and brought a box to him. As soon as Zyric opened the box, his old stuff was inside.
"So, you took these," Zyric said to Diana.
"After you left, all the things you left behind were with me. There was more stuff, but it seemed useless to me, so I didn't give it," Diana said.
"No, no. I've already taken new things instead of those. These things are special to me; seeing them will remind me of old days. Thank you, sister," Zyric said. Looking at his stuff, he went to his room.
By now, it was 10 PM. Zyric was not drowsy, he had slept by day. But Zyric had slept all day on purpose, because he desired to stay up all night so that he might know what would happen.
Zyric was looking at the clock, to determine what time exactly he would teleport. He carried food and water on his bag pack.
"Whatever it is, I must take it and have advantage of it," said Zyric to himself with a smile as he looked at the clock.
It was 11:30 now, but nothing had yet occured.
"Man, what should I do? So late? I am tired of seeing the clock, and am now sleepy, too" Zyric said to himself, and gave a long yawn.
After some time Zyric looked at the clock when it was almost 12: 00 AM and his heart sunk. Now he felt that he wouldn't teleport anywhere. But as soon as 12:00 struck, Zyric noticed something. The space around him suddenly began to change. Darkness spread.
