On the other hand, Zyric was a little scared to enter the portal. He had traveled several times through that portal before, but still, he was going inside it without the divine stone.
"Dude, I am going to vomit again," Zyric thinks to himself while entering the portal. And just in moments, the portal in front of Zyric opens completely, and he is thrown out of it from the sky, falling heavily to the ground.
But as soon as he comes out of that portal, Zyric is surprised to see something.
"Oh no, man, I have fallen in the forest, and that too at night, and there is darkness all around. At night, dangerous Mutant Monsters roam in the forest," Zyric says, just as a tree falls behind him.
After that, he starts descending slowly from the tree.
"The trees here were never this big. Were such big and dangerous trees always in the forest?" After saying this, Zyric begins moving forward cautiously.
"By the way, I am afraid, but I have seen so many things just in one day that now my fear has almost died. First, I need to get to my sister. I have to apologize to her. I do not know what I have said until now," Zyric regrets, speaking slowly as he keeps moving forward.
"Oh, to hell with this crap. I do not know the way to the city, nor did I see the city anywhere while falling from top to bottom. Where am I in the forest? How deep have I gone? I think I am going to die for sure," Zyric mutters, continuing to move forward. After hiding behind a big tree, he places his hand on it.
Strangely, this tree feels very flexible to him. Zyric tries to press it, and he is able to push it a little, almost like it were rubber.
"There are strange trees here as well?" he wonders, looking up. But the tree isn't a tree at all. Suddenly, the tree-like creature moves, and a big nose appears just behind Zyric--it belongs to a monster.
As Zyric turns back, he sees two scary eyes staring at him from behind. Zyric immediately jumps back and starts running. He does not know what kind of monster it is but he flees at a direction where he sees a clear path. There is no light anywhere, just forest and the moonlight.
Zyric keeps running fast, and he can feel from behind that the same monster is chasing him as well.
Zyric sees a shadow right in front of him coming from behind--it is the shadow of a big Mutant Monster.
"Hey, which beast is this? I have not even read about it until today. There is an extremely powerful monster in our forest; it is a flying animal, which is probably a mutation of a bat-like creature. But this looks even more dangerous than that," Zyric says while running as fast as he can.
Then Zyric sees two thick trees in front, and he goes through the middle of them. He instantly turns around to see what the monster is. The big trees could perhaps be able to stop it at least temporarily.
As soon as Zyric turns back, he first sees the legs of the beast, then gradually raises his head to look at its face. The moment Zyric glimpses the face of the creature, his feet fail to clasp the ground.
"This is a dinosaur. How? A dinosaur?" Zyric exclaims, watching as the dinosaur opens its mouth. Its teeth start glowing white. Then, while Zyric watches, the dinosaur opens its mouth completely, slicing the tree in the middle and moving fast toward him, as if to eat him.
Zyric remains frozen in shock.
"No, no, no, run, Zyric, run," he mutters as he taps his legs which are numb with fright, and then he, after all, begins to run in the manner he is able in the first place. In front of him, there is a dark forest, and the darkness revolves everywhere. Big trees block the moonlight, making it even darker.
"Okay, get yourself together, Zyric. Whatever is there, I must get out of this place first," he tells himself as he enters the forest. Dinosaur still pursues him, but due to the fact that Zyric had entered the darkness, he hides behind a big tree. As he hides, he silently prays to God to save him.
Then Zyric sees something rolling in front of him like a black ball. It comes near his feet directly. He gives it a single kick, and it rolls back to him.
"What is this now?" Zyric asks, picking up the small ball-like object to examine it.
The very next moment, the ball-like thing starts moving on his small legs.
"Hey, this is alive. Hey, are you okay?" Zyric asks, caressing the insect strangely. The insect, which looks like a beetle but is the size of a human hand, opens its eyes and faints again upon seeing Zyric.
"Come on! This is a huge and fat insect, but I haven't read about it before. What is all this? And what is this place? Dinosaurs, these strange insects like huge beetles... There weren't mutations around when dinosaurs lived. So how can there be mutated dinosaurs here? Because as far as I have seen, that dinosaur is mutated too. It also has different powers. And this weird, fat insect, that's just strange. Its shell is completely made of stone. It is just unconscious. Is it injured? But who injured it?" Zyric says, making a small pit under the tree and hiding the insect in it.
After spending the whole night there, Zyric opens his eyes. He sees a little light. He is still in the dark area of the forest and has not been in contact with sunlight. Zyric does not know the exact time outside. Upon seeing it is daytime, he slowly gets out of that place and looks around.
"I do not know where I have come. I have the worst luck. That divine stone trapped me really well. It said it would send me back to my sister but threw me here," Zyric says, looking at the fat insect in his hands, which is now sleeping comfortably and has completely recovered. The insect opens its eyes and looks at Zyric with surprise.
