"AAAAAA-!"
Their throats roared with horror like it was their last moment before afterworld welcome them.
"THIS IS IT! WE ARE GOING TO BECOME THEIR FOOD!" Suho screamed as the rabbits and snakes lunged forward. They close their eyes ready to get eaten by them.
"..."
But nothing happened.
No crushing weight.
No sharp teeth tearing at their skin.
"…Huh?" Suho slowly cracked his eyes open.
"...Hajun?" Hajun's eyes were still closed. He slowly opened his eyes after Suho called him.
"What? Why-"
Hajun's voice was stuck in his throat after seeing everything was stopped.
Mid air, a rabbit hung frozen, forepaws stretched forward, teeth bared inches from Hajun's face. The snake was locked mid-strike, mouth open, venom dripping—but not falling. Birds hovered in the sky like painted decorations. Leaves were suspended between falling and landing.
"W-what... why is everything-"
"…Why is everything… paused?" Hajun whispered, eyes wide.
