The skies over Wano were clearing, smoke drifting lazily from the shattered towers of Onigashima. Kaido's fall had been instant in Vegito's terms, but the aftershocks rolled across the seas like a tsunami.The people of Wano were still reeling — from the sudden liberation, from the revival of their long-lost heroes, and from the sight of a pirate who could do in minutes what armies had failed to accomplish in decades.
In the capital, Kozuki Toki stood in the sunlight for the first time in twenty years, her hand clasped with Oden's. Roger, Rougue, and Queen Lili drew crowds everywhere they walked, disbelief etched into every face.
On Heaven's Embrace
Vegito leaned against the railing, watching the celebrations from a distance. His tail swished lazily.
Bell-mère joined him, holding two cups of sake. "You do realize you've just changed the balance of power forever?"
He took a sip. "Good. That's the plan."
Kuina appeared next, wiping sweat from her brow after a sparring session with Smoothie. "So… what's next? Kaido's gone. Wano's free. What could top this?"
Vegito's smirk widened. "Making the rest of the New World dance to my tune."
A Global Quake
News coos carried the story faster than the wind.
Marineford: Sengoku slammed the latest report on the table. "He revived Roger and Oden. Do you have any idea what this means for morale?"Garp chuckled despite himself. "Means things are about to get fun."
Pangaea Castle: The Five Elders sat in tense silence. Topman Warcury's knuckles whitened. "He's spitting in our faces. He's undoing eight hundred years of control."Imu's shadowy form leaned forward. "Then it is time the seas learned fear again."
Yonko Territory:
Blackbeard laughed in the dark. "Zehahaha… now this is a game worth playing."
Big Mom (still in possession of her sanity after Vegito's fix) mused aloud to Custard, Smoothie, and Pudding: "He might actually be able to pull it off."
Shanks raised a glass. "Guess it's time I met him in person."
The Empire Blueprint
In the captain's quarters, Robin unrolled a massive map of the New World."Wano is now an ally," she said, marking the territory in Vegito's colors. "That gives us access to their ports and their shipyards. Combined with the Mink alliance from Zou and our other kingdoms, we're no longer just a pirate crew — we're a network."
Vegito nodded. "We'll formalize it. A coalition of free states, independent from the World Government."
Bell-mère smirked. "And I assume the entry requirement is 'must have at least one beautiful woman in charge'?"
Vegito didn't deny it.
The Invitations
Before the week was out, messengers arrived from all corners:

A remote island ruled by a retired pirate queen who wanted to "meet the man shaking the world."

The crew spent three days in Wano preparing Heaven's Embrace for departure. The ship's hull shimmered with new coralsteel plating from Laquaria, the figurehead's dragon-woman eyes now glowing faintly with enchantment.

On the final day, Vegito stood before the gathered citizens."I don't make speeches," he began. "But I will say this — you're free now. And you'll stay free as long as I'm breathing. The World Government will try to take this from you. They'll fail."
The cheer that rose from the crowd was thunderous, shaking the streets.
Departure
As Heaven's Embrace rose into the sky, the crew watched Wano shrink behind them.Robin rolled up the map with a satisfied smile. "Where to, Captain?"
Vegito leaned back in his chair. "We're going shopping for kingdoms."
Bell-mère raised a brow. "Shopping?"
"Yeah," Vegito said with a smirk. "And I'm in the mood for something expensive."
