United farming Trust.
In this trust, a scheme is implemented in which from a village all the farmer will give there farming lands on contract for trust and trust will hire a person who will farm on the collected land and with advance technique, high technological equipment.
Then on year end farmer who has given land will get 60% profit and the person who farm it will get 30% and 10% for equipment cost.
The person usually will be from our own agro academy of Nagpur student.
When this scheme implemented all the villages declined this but with more talks with many villager, In one village 70% farmer agreed and then a trust is founded with them and students hired by trust and they started farming with agro seeds and equipments also with teacher guidance.
Those 70% farmer now don't have land and they have free time then they goes to nearby workshop and industry to work.
He also started a temple organizations named Vishwa Dharma Association.
This organizations will gather funds and do Charity work around temples like free food to those who come in temple like langar.
Also renovations of old temples and buying land around temples to save them from other religious structures like churches in past life many mandir was surrounded by churches.
This organizations also will spread Dharma and organize culture event like Dharma Samvad also starting there newspapers and build new temple.
Most major stopping conversion of poor hindus by giving them financial help.
Also converting peoples into sanatan dharma.
To do all these work VDA need money and to get money they have to ask devotees.
First of all those who will run this organizations.Raj has established 7 memeber body who will decide every decision.
To stop corruption in this he has picked 7 people who don't have any family member and brainwashed them and make them his slaves. He gave them order to do all these thing he setted and give order no corruption and devote yourself fully to this work and now they are most loyal person which will don't corrupt this organizations.
Then he relaxed this major task in there hand.
One of shree Ram temple in Maharashtra, many people are going and coming from temple. A family come to temple and they are going to enter temple but then suddenly a person come ans said " Jai shree ram " and come in front of family.
A man from the family greeted him back and said Jai shree Ram and do you want anything brother.
The Person said " yes, i want your time. I am a member of Vishwa Dharma Association VDA. We are collecting funds to organize dharm related work for temple and you can see there we are organizing lunger(free food for people) for all people please join this and you can also support our work with donations. "
The man watched him and said " Ok brother but how we believe you will use money honestly. "
The man said " Sir, we give receipt for every rupee we get you can see wall of them which was newly painted by us and temple is also cleaned by us. "
The family man saw and nodded and took 10 rupees from his wallet and gave to him.
The VDA man also give him receipt. The family was wealthy 10 rupees can fill 5 people for a month.
Similar things happening around many big temples in Maharashtra, Gujarat.
VDA also started many of work renovations works of old temple where no one goes now or rarely anyone go and hired priest on salary and organized culture program on those temple.
Atleast it will get 2-3 year to properly operate all these works to get a noticeable effect.
