The morning sun filtered through the Hyperion's windows as the crew gathered for breakfast.
Nami sat at the head of the table, teasing Nojiko. "I swear, your cooking is improving. Last week, I almost didn't burn the bread."
Nojiko rolled her eyes but smiled. "I do it for you, little sis."
Kuina stretched beside them, flexing her fingers. "Maybe you two should spar after breakfast. I could use some warm-up."
Robin, sipping tea quietly, smirked. "Wouldn't it be amusing if Nami's weather control could actually keep Kuina in one piece for once?"
Lyra laughed softly, weaving a tiny spark of light around her finger. "I'd pay to see that."
Vegito entered, grinning. "Sounds like a challenge."
Nami shot him a look. "You're not getting out of it just because you're captain."
He raised his hands. "Alright, alright. Team sparring it is."

The crew arranged themselves in friendly competition.
Kuina vs. Nami—Kuina's swordplay flowing against Nami's nimble, weather-enhanced movements.
Robin observed closely, ready to intervene if things got out of hand.

At one point, Nami summoned a sudden gust that sent Kuina spinning, laughing as she landed lightly on her feet.
"You're getting faster," Kuina admitted, wiping sweat from her brow.
Nami winked. "Had to keep up with you."

Nami and Robin sat on the rail, watching the horizon.
Robin teased, "You're quite the tease, Nami. Think you can outsmart the sword saint?"
Nami smirked. "Watch and learn, bookworm."
Robin chuckled softly. "Careful, or Kuina might challenge you to a duel next."
"I wouldn't mind," Nami said, eyes gleaming.

Lyra and Nojiko found themselves alone in the hydroponic garden.
Lyra, tracing patterns on the glass, whispered, "Do you think they notice? How much we care?"
Nojiko shrugged. "They notice. You don't think I fight as hard as Kuina or Nami? I do it for him. For all of us."
Lyra smiled. "Maybe one day we'll tell him."
Nojiko glanced away, cheeks warming.

In the gravity chamber, the two sparred quietly.
Kuina dodged a heavy strike and whispered, "I'm scared."
Vegito lowered his fist. "Of what?"
"Not being enough. Not keeping up."

The crew gathered on the upper deck, sitting close beneath the vast sky.
Vegito raised a glass.

Everyone smiled, glasses clinking.
