The Garden of Hyacinth looked completely silent, with only the flowers swirling in the air. Henry rested his forehead in his palms, elbows on the table.
Hyacinth sighed, resting her head on the fingers of her right hand.
"I don't know why I have memories like déjà vu… of taking your dead body from that dead woman's womb."
She looked at Henry while spinning her left hand in the air. Éloïse put her hand on Henry's back and gently forced him to sit on the ground.
Hyacinth suddenly looked at her left hand and whispered again.
"One more thing… while I was taking you from the womb, you weren't alone; you had a twin…"
Éloïse froze, staring at Henry. She glanced at Hyacinth, then back at Henry, while he kept his gaze on the ground.
"Did that twin die… or live like him?" Éloïse asked, curiosity lacing her voice.
Hyacinth looked at Éloïse and smiled, still spinning her hand in the air. Just as she was about to speak, Death put her hand on her mask, as if about to remove it.
"She was alive… and had a human soul. I can see her timeline."
Henry raised his head, eyes fixed on Death, his voice cracking with confusion.
"Where is she now…?"
Death moved her fingers slightly upward, the darkness on her face seeming like a mask that began to vanish into the air, revealing her face clearly.
"The prettiest thing is the dangerous one."You were right, Papa. That thought flashed through Éloïse's mind the moment she saw Death's face.
Death lowered her hand toward the table and looked into Henry's eyes.
"Her name is—"
Henry raised his head from behind his hands and looked at Hyacinth.
"I already know who she is. I'm asking you… Where is she?"
Hyacinth looked a little shocked at hearing this from Henry. As she was about to speak, he continued.
"Leave it…" He glanced at Hyacinth's left hand, then stood up. Raising his left leg toward her, he leaned in close.
"I'll find out myself… So, back to the plan."
He put his hand on Hyacinth's right shoulder while staring upward.
"Those Steelers are on the move, Mom. And both Naiadine and Anastasia—I can't sense them."
Death closed her legs and stared at the table, letting out a cold but serious whisper.
"I'll handle those Steelers. It's my duty to protect the laws of the universe. And as for Anastasia and Naiadine…"
She twisted her fingers on the table and continued.
"They aren't mere mortals… or beings like you. They are primordial maidens. They'll be fine."
Éloïse stood and stepped toward Henry; as she reached for his neck, Hyacinth's grip snapped, leaving Éloïse's hand frozen in the air.
"Hold it, young lady. I've worked for you. And you two can go."
Without a second thought, Death moved her twisted fingers in the air and vanished.
Henry smiled, giving Éloïse a side-eye. He clenched both his hands, compressing them tightly, and then suddenly opened them.
As he did, a portal appeared in front of him. He stepped through, letting it close behind him.
In Éloïse's house…
Henry's body lay on the bed covered in a blanket; the body felt like it had no soul or anything—it just seemed like a dead body.
But suddenly, Henry opens his eyes and starts breathing again. He narrows his eyes and finds himself again in the same room of Éloïse's house.
He saw a woman sitting beside him, completely shocked, her eyes widened, and she seemed to be frozen in one place.
She shouted a little too loudly and ran toward the room's door. Henry seemed confused and clueless, staring at the door.
After a short time, that woman returned, but this time with another person.
Henry laughed out loud as soon as he saw that person beside that woman.
"Pfffh, don't tell me you thought we died. Lol, you are unreal, Adrien Moreau."
That young boy beside that woman smiled as he saw Henry laughing. He put his right hand in his blonde hair and closed his left eye for a moment.
His grayish pupil shone bright a little, but then he blinked his eye and moved forward, Henry.
"Marie, you can go now… And please stop Uncle from crying over his sister… She is not dead."
Henry's face was shocked as he heard 'Dead' from Adrien's mouth. And he started laughing again.
"You think we died. Hell nah. I was summoned by Mom, and she followed around."
Adrien shook his head and sat on the side, closing his eyes and resting his palms on the bed.
"She never misses a chance, does she?"
Henry removes the blanket from himself and puts on his shoes; afterward, he stands and goes near the window. He let out a long breath and smiled.
"Don't worry, she will be fine. She will return soon enough. But until then I've a work for you…"
Adrien seems a little curious and then speaks with a sigh.
"And what's that…?"
Henry moved toward Adrien and put his hand on his shoulder. He spoke with a gentle voice, and calmness covered his voice.
"Find my sister… Find Hera and kill her."
Adrien breaks his grip on his palm and falls on the bed after hearing what Henry said. Adrien stands up in a hurry and stands beside Henry, giving him a cold stare.
"Do you know what you said just now?"
His whole body got a chill as Henry moved his eyes toward him. Adrien saw the cold, glowing, greyish eyes of Henry and felt like these eyes were able to see through him.
His voice stuck in his throat. He tries to speak while calming himself.
"She is your sister… Why kill her?"
Henry blinked his eyes, and his eyes turned to normal. He moved toward the window again while binding his hand behind him. He starts staring outside the window into the city.
"Aren't you known as the Knight of Death? You kill people only to purify this world. So remember, you're going to kill poison from your sister's life.
"She will kill your sister. And I don't want to lose her. Not right now."
Adrien's heart beat louder and louder as he heard Henry. Henry looks toward Adrin with a side eye and then takes his left hand and snaps.
That snap caused immense pressure on Adrien's body. But Adrien stood still and afterward bowed a little with a nod.
