I despise all the questions that I had about her and how annoyed I was with her..
One of the guards came running into the study, breathing heavily as though he'd seen a ghost.
"What is the matter?"
"Alpha, the Beta is outside, and he came with an army of rogues."
Zed and I exchanged looks, and we both played outside with our swords drawn.
I can't believe that bastard brought war into my own abode! He must really think highly of himself!
I went outside to see Peter standing out in the courtyard with hundreds of rogues right behind him..
"Alpha! It is such an honor to finally see you! It's been quite a busy weekend for me, I must say" Peter said with a smug look on his face.
I tried my best to control my anger, but he wasn't worth any of it.
"How dare you step into my Palace? You must really think you will make it out of here alive after kidnapping my kids?"
Peter burst into laughter..
