Larrissa POV
I made sure I didn't spend too much time at Kent's before making my way back to the temple..
It has been fun playing with the kids, but it was time for me to go back. My biggest relief was the fact that they were doing okay..
That was all I needed. My kids were alive and fine..
I return to the temple to see Joanna, the guards, and the maids still waiting for me.
"How are they doing? Are they all right?" Joanna asks in a whisper.
"They are doing fine. When I got there, they were eating and laughing! Can you believe that?"
Joanna laughs. I could see the wash of relief in her eyes.
She's been doing so much for the boys indirectly, and I was hoping that maybe one day, she would be able to meet them in person..
"I'm just glad that you are okay, my lady, and there's a smile on your face."
I nodded in gratitude..
"We should return to the palace. The alpha might be waiting for you.."
We mounted the horse and soon, we were on our way to the palace.
