Larrissa's POV
"You have no idea how much of a mistake this is about to be on your side, Lady Evelyn."
"How dare you challenge me? Do you know who you are up against?'
Slowly, I began to feel a bit of strength in my legs. I approached her.
I realized that what I needed was to feel powerful and believe that I was.
"Yes, I know who I am up against. My very worst nightmare, but right now this is going to end!"
Evelyn is quiet as she observes me, and then she bursts into hideous laughter. Her eyes narrowed in a dark gaze.
"You really think you are going to overpower me with those useless words coming out of your mouth? I made these oaths myself and no one is going to take over unless I let them!"
Just as those words came out of her mouth, I felt weak and fell to my knees. All the strength I had felt earlier seemed to have vaporized..
