Chapter 305 - Waiting No Longer

"Come on, do you not miss me, Uriel?" Samael said with that grin still plastered across his face.

Uriel repeated, "Again, you're in my way."

Samael ignored the glare she was giving him and began speaking with that same mocking tone. "When I sensed your presence much closer to this human world, I wondered what could Uriel possibly be doing here. Then you suddenly disappeared into that portal and it all made sense."

Samael's mood dropped into something far more serious then, and his expression hardened.

"I should have known it was you who gave the dragons that lock relic," he said, in a voice that seemed furious. "I always knew you had something for that blue-scaled dragon, but I didn't know you would directly help them."

Uriel stared him in the eye and said,

"You were too vile a creature, You still are."

Samael's eyes flared with fury at those words.

"I should strike you down right here for your betrayal," he said through gritted teeth.

Uriel remained calm despite the threat.
